About this property

Villa Perdiz, Puerta del Sol | 4 Bed, 4 Bath

  • Villa Perdiz is a gorgeous beach-front home with breathless views of the Sea of Cortez. Its location is enhanced by its tranquil setting – on the iconic 7th hole of the world-famous Cove Club Golf Course. Although the architecture is classical, the interior is inspired by Malibu with clean lines, soothing colors, and vaulted ceilings. Just beyond the beautifully landscaped garden is a swimmable beach. With over a million dollars in renovations, this spacious four-bedroom four-bath home is designed for beach- and pool-side relaxation. As the daylight fades, slip into the ocean facing pool or hot tub to get a front row seat to the coast’s dramatic sunsets. Once you have experienced Villa Perdiz’s magic, you would want to return to this self-contained paradise as your "Malibu in Cabo" home."
