Great place to stay!

The condo was exactly what we needed! The pack-n-play and kids high chair were perfect for my son. We enjoyed the ground level with easy access to everything. We had fun playing in the pools and all of the great beach toys. Will stay there again when we come back!

Way cheaper than booking directly with the resort!

The property was roomy and had all the basics. The resort is nice but you’re not allowed to go to the sister property to use the pool. Gym was great and clean.

Fantastic 7 night stay

We stayed in Villa 2204 for 7 nights and it was fantastic. The villa is located just off of the lobby on the main level of the property. This makes it convenient to get to the market, pool, etc. Stacy was a fantastic host and communicated very well from booking and throughout our stay. No complaints and if we return to Cabo we will probably book the same villa again!

My husband, son and I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Villa! We had an amazing time! The villa could not of been any nicer. It is so well maintained and cared for! Beautiful Condo!

First time staying at LaEstancia Resort. Condo was very clean, AC worked great, beds were comfortable. Loved the resort, food was amazing, service was top notch! We were able to take Uber right outside the gate (Uber was allowed to drop us off inside the resort on the return). I have been to Cabo many times and usually stay closer to the Marina. LaEstancia was a little longer walk but worth it! Nice not to see the beach vendors or hear the thumping music. Would stay here again!

Perfect for a group!

We were so happy with our stay. The house is lovely and clean, and appears more modern than the listing. We loved having the opportunity to cook ourselves (Costco and Walmart are a short taxi away) or enjoy the restaurants and room service. Location is super convenient and close to lots of attractions. We were able to book a glass bottom boat right from the beachfront. The house had everything we need, including a high chair and things for the two year old with us. Service staff at the property are amazingly attentive and kind. We definitely plan to come back!

Villa Paradise!

We had a wonderful stay in Cabo. The location of the hotel and condo were perfect. Easy walk to Medano Beach and the wharf. The pool was nice & quiet, which we loved! We didn’t eat much on property but what were did eat (between the 3 properties) was decent. The condo had everything you’d ever need, and more. We were able to prepare a few meals with no problem. We’ll definitely be returning!

Stacy's villa was the perfect spot for our family of 6. It was spacious, comfortable and had every amenity we needed to have a wonderful vacation. Stacy left no detail unaddressed with her recommendations and information sheet. She was responsive and gracious. We would definitely stay again! Make sure you use Stacy's recommendation to use Omar for water taxi's, cruises, and activities! Gracias!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and this condo. Stacy provided all the info we needed up front to make our trip memorable and relaxing. The condo was perfect, great decor and loved the location by the front of the property for easy coming and going. We used Omar for a boat trip and fishing. He was great and we used Milton for pickup and drop-off from the airport. Milton had our fav beer for us in the SUV which was a nice surprise. Also, we were greeted with fresh guacamole upon arrival in our condo which was a great start for two famished teenage boys we had with us. Overall, we would highly recommend and look forward to another stay!

Exactly What We Were Looking For!

Our stay at Stacy’s unit was perfect and made our vacation everything we hoped it could be. Our group isn’t a huge fan of all inclusives, so having the ability to choose to make our own food and drinks in a well stocked kitchen was greatly appreciated. The unit is beautiful and quite large. Best of all, the ground floor location made it quick and easy to get access to the pools, jacuzzi, beach and all other resort amenities. Best of all, it is located either a 15-20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive from the heart of downtown Cabo and the marina. Stacy was very helpful in the lead up to our stay. We took several of her recommendations, including transportation from the airport and a day trip on a private boat, both which were cheaper than we would have been able to book anywhere else. When we return to Cabo we won’t even think twice about booking with Stacy again!

Unbelievable Condo! A So well stocked!!!

Best stocked rental we've EVER stayed in. Pantry is full of trash bags, soap, shampoo, towels, baby equipment, sand toys, spices, etc. We stopped at the grocery on the way from airport, but there is a decent market on the property. We loved Villa La Estancia! It's one of three very safe & clean resorts gated together in a perfect area of Cabo. Your key works in all areas. Nice lounge chairs, fluffy beach towels, umbrellas all included. Terrific service, Very very clean. Several pool options. And the beach is one of the few swimmable areas (strong currents elsewhere). View looks out to the Arch. Condo is on ground floor and in perfect location in the very center. Extremely safe. Lots of security. Private concierge just a text away. Very easy and safe to get cabs. Bring cash. Recommendation: Bring lots more cash than you think. There is a 16% tax everywhere, but cash always talks! Everyone accepts dollars. There is an ATM nearby that distributes dollars, but heavy fees. Last comment: We might buy a new mattress after a week sleeping on the super comfy bed in the master room!!!Zero complaints. We will be back
