The Space:

Paraiso Marina is a 2 BDR and 2 Full Bath condo, tastefully decorated, with the perfect harmony of modern designs. It is located inside the Paraiso Residences a luxury community located on the upper level of Puerto Paraiso Mall, with a private entrance and 24-hour security



This 2-bedroom and 2-full-bath property can accommodate up to 4 adults as follows:



-Master bedroom - King-size bed, smart TV, en suite bathroom, opens to the large private terrace with stunning Marina views.

-Guest bedroom - Double bed, smart tv, full en suite bathroom.

A pull-out bed in the living room can perfectly accommodate an extra person.

Full Condo at their disposal, Paraiso residences offer concierge staff and 24-hour security and fitness centre on-site with spectacular Marina Views.



The Area:

The location of the Residences is excellent, just steps from the Marina and within walking distance to Medano Beach. However, please be aware that there is no assigned parking on-site. If you plan to rent a car, nearby paid parking options are available (we’re happy to share details on options & pricing). Additionally, vehicle access for drop-off or pick-up is not available at the building, and access to the property is pedestrian only.





Medano Beach is within walking distance, as well as Cabo San Lucas City centre, both less than 5 minutes away.

Getting around the town:

- Uber service is very convenient, with the exception of the Airport and Resorts, where it is not allowed.

- Taxis are available right by the Puerto Paraiso main entrance and all around the marina. They can be expensive.

To/From Airport:

- Private transport is available for purchase. Send us your flight information if you would like us to help you book it!



Getting Around:

You are in the best location of Cabo San Lucas. Right in the heart of the Marina; Medano Beach is walking distance as well as Cabo San Lucas City centre, both less than 5 minutes away.

Taxis and Uber available just outside the mall.

Right outside the Puerto Paraiso mall also is the bus stop for the route to San José del Cabo, in case you want to adventure with local transport, you will be in San José's Historical District in less than 40 min.

In case you have private transport arranged they will be able to drop you off at Puerto Paraiso Mall car park, where you will take the stairs directly to the Paraiso Residences floor.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that Puerto Paraíso is carrying out light renovations on the second level. Work will take place between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and there might be occasional quiet cleaning or debris removal at night. They are making every effort to minimise any disturbance



We kindly remind you that pets are NOT allowed on this property, If you are planning to travel with your pet or service dog please let us know, and we will be happy to find a place for you, last-minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property.



LOUD NEIGHBORHOOD: Being located just in city centre, a few steps from Cabo's nightlife, this MIGHT result in noisy nights (music), specially in the bedroom that faces the Marina.



If you plan to rent a car, please let us know in advance to advise security and give you access to the parking.



Please don't forget to leave your Condo keys when you leave, lost keys have a replacement cost of $20 USD



We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of $300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking



This property is inside a residential community. For this reason, you will be required to provide an ID and sign the community rules in order to grant access. Please message us if you need specifics on the community guidelines



In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need.
