Great space and great location!
What a wonderful condo to call home for our trip! The space is exactly as advertised, in a brand new building! The condo is a 5 min walk from the marina and the hustle bustle of downtown but still on a quiet street. Lots of great food spots in the vicinity (we loved the bakery, Roasted, and everything down the street at medano beach of course). Our host was responsive and helpful, and the check-in process was flawless. Parking is close to the stairs/elevator and access to the building is super easy. I like that everything is staffed 24/7 with security who are super friendly!!! We enjoyed the fitness center and the pool area, both very clean and just as advertised in photos! the only consideration would be to simply remember that this is a condo. Which means you will most likely have some noise from the neighbours beside you or above you. The great thing is there was no street noise which was a huge plus for nighttime!

Cozy apartment
The apartment was cozy and clean. The kitchen was equipped with all the things you would need. The only thing that was missing was a citrus squeezer so we could make our own cocktails. The location is hard to beat. You are in walking distance to all the great things Cabo has to offer. The host was avaliable and responded quickly any time we had a question.
