 Things to Note:

-September is construction month at Villa La Estancia; please note this when booking dates in Sept.
-Spring Break and Christmas Break have 7 night minimums and need to be booked Saturday to Saturday.  Please reach out if you are looking for flexibility with these dates!

- Amazing ground floor location, simply walk out your terrace and you're at the pool. It doesn't get better than this!

- Swim-Up Bar-Multiple Hot Tubs-31,000 Sq. Ft. Luxury Resort There are two beautiful master suites, each having a king bed with pillow top mattresses, a jacuzzi tub and his and her sinks. The guest suite provides 2 queen beds, sitting and work area, and a full bath. 
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a breakfast bar and a dining room table as well as a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and a full size pantry. The drinking water is completely filtered throughout the villa la estancia complex. A washer/dryer/wash tub is located off the kitchen area. 
For your outdoor enjoyment, a large terrace provides a fully furnished dine-in area complete with a wet bar.
A personal concierge is available to guests prior to and during their stay. The concierge will arrange dinner reservations, excursions, or even shop for groceries! (extra charge for shopping and groceries)

Perfect!

Amazing! Look no further.. I loved Villa la Estancia and especially this condo so much I actually offered to buy the condo if it came available. This place is gorgeous and great restaurants on the property, next door and close by and downtown is only about a 5 min Uber ride away.
