Marina Sol - Best Location! - 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo

This great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is centrally located and is close to everything. There is no need to rent a car here, as you can walk everywhere. Golf nearby, walk to Cabo Wabo or the Puerto Paraiso Mall. Beach comb every morning or go deep sea fishing from this wonderful location just one block off of Medano Beach. The 2 bedrooms (each with king beds) are separated by the living room/ kitchen area for maximum privacy if you are going with another couple. 2 bathrooms make this a very comfortable condo. The condo boasts a pool view in the only building with an elevator in the Marina Sol complex. Marina Sol has a fantastic heated pool, hot tub, a restaurant in the courtyard, a beauty salon (https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=my9N7nxstTJ), a massage therapist, a mini mart and someone to book your tours. Lots of great restaurants can be found just outside the courtyard too. There is a barbecue on a nice big deck that stretches the entire width of the condo. The kitchen has everything one could want for making scrumptious meals and if you don't feel like cooking there are many great restaurants close by. Comes with all linens, towels and beach towels. We have a property manager on site, so if you need anything, they are there to help.

Medano Beach - Central Location

2 bedroom condo in walking distance to Medano Beach and Marina. Reasonably priced and the small condo complex was clean and well taken care of. Staff on the property were very nice and helpful. Great place to stay with kids.

Convenient to Everything

Marina Sol has a perfect location to downtown, Medano beach, and the marina. Gerry's condo was well equipped, clean, very spacious, and had a nice deck overlooking the pool. It was great to go to the craziness of the beach and downtown and have a calm and quiet place to come back to relax in. On-site staff are very helpful. Two grocery stores nearby if you wish to prepare your own meals. Would stay again!

We loved this place and highly recommend! Great location - easy to walk to the beach, town and marina. There were beach chairs and an umbrella which were perfect since we spent a lot of time there. The property has a ton of amenities which we enjoyed, including the pool, clubhouse, on-site restaurant and bar. The condo is a nice size overlooking the pool and the property manager was very helpful as well. We would choose this place again!

Really nice place

This large, comfy 2 bedroom is just 2 1/2 blocks from Medano Beach and about 2 1/2 blocks from the mall which has a great grocery store with deli. The condo has beach chairs, Beach umbrella, and large beach towels. The kitchen is well stocked. I would definitely return.

Fantastic Fantastic Fantastic

There is so much to say! Essentially, you won't be disappointed staying here. So close to everything! Fantastic restaurants within a block, beach is 4 min walk away, Marina 8 min, city center 12. The grounds are so well kept, the pool cleaned every morning. The team is so ready to assist at any time. There are a few eating/drinking options on-site, very convenient. And food and benefits service poolside. The AC in the unit worked super well. Kitchen was fully stocked. Comfy couch and huge tv nice for family movie night after a day of too much sun. There are only two things that my personal preference would prefer to see changed for next time: the mattresses were huge which was great, but way too firm and a door for the toilet in the master suite. The fan was very good, but the curtain closure did not allow for privacy. An accordion door could be solution. Other than that, it was everything we needed for a nice, easy, no-frills, relaxing vacay, and I would definitely go back.

The condo complex is great. Nice big warm pool and all kept up beautifuly. As for the condo not so much. It was dirty and any dish we used had to be washed. No dishwasher might be the problem. The bed was ok but the linens were old and stained. As were the towels. There was no support from any management company. Although we were told there would be. We were told that very bruply when we arrive and letting us in was a favour. Had to buy our own toilet paper & soap. Half a roll for a week doesn't cut it. There was no info on how anything worked... wifi, air conditioning fans & no hot tub key . If they did work??? The owner did come by on check out. But all the issue seemed to be the fault of staff . Hmmm Regardless we had a great time. When in Mexico

A wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, a nice patio overlooking a courtyard, quiet, and 2 bedrooms at opposite ends of the condo. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities for our stay and the air conditioning made for a comfortable living environment! We would request the same condo the next time we come to Cabo!

The best of the best!

We loved everything about our stay in what we call The Parrot Room! We have stayed many times at Marina Sol. It’s location, pool size, amenities and overall vibe are always exactly what we are looking for when we visit Cabo. Gerald’s condo exceeded our expectations. Maggie was an incredible manager, and was so welcoming and helpful in every way. There were plenty of fresh towels, beach chairs, food in the fridge, a super comfy sectional couch and a huge screen tv with Netflix! We cannot recommend this property more highly to prospective guests; you will NOT be disappointed!!

Will not stay here again

The location of this property is perfect. I’ve stayed at Marina sol before and have loved it. However I will not be renting from Gerry again. I received a confirmation email but when we got there the check in process was horrible we had to wait 45minutes before getting in bc I was never contacted with information regarding check in process or key for the condo. After a long trip it’s awful having to wait. In addition I received a call a week after our stay to discuss dog poop on the floor mind you all we don’t even own a dog. Gerry stated some of the neighbors saw us I asked him to please check his cameras before calling me with these accusations. He also said there was something seemed like water spilled on his couch which I thought was odd that his couch would still be wet a week later and he’d call to touch bases so late after our stay.

The location is excellent! Short walk to the beach. Lovely pool area, nice and quiet. The lady in the little store on the property was very sweet. We experienced some technical difficulties and were never able to reach the local property manager.

Gerry's place

Great condo. Clean and well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. Gerry has a property manager that takes care of all your needs at the condo and also will pick you up at the airport. The pool and bar have just been updated and in great shape. Great time for a trip to go to Cabo and we will be going back to Gerry's place next year!

Condo needs work

Condo beds are way to hard. Slept on the couch last to days not much better. Smelled musty and two air conditioners leaked water. No toilet paper. 1/2 the remotes didn’t work for the air conditioner and lights/fans. Don’t think I would rent this condo again. But I would in the resort

The property was in an excellent location and our room was clean and great for a family! We had some issues with the air conditioner leaking and needing to keep a towel under it to collect leaking water. We didn’t have enough toilet paper to last our entire trip and needed to purchase more. The bedding was clean and ready to use but we felt the beds were very hard. Lastly the restaurant and bar were shut down and being renovated during our stay the construction was loud and it was disappointing not to have a swim up bar or restaurant on site as this is one of the features that we were looking forward to, that being said I don’t believe the owner of the property likely had knowledge of this prior to our booking.

The location was great for this property, we were able to walk every were we needed to go. We had some air conditioning issues (leaking, loud knocking noises) and the linens & towels need to be replaced, plus there are a few things that needed to be fixed in the property Other then that, it definitely fit our needs. We really enjoyed the pool area as well.
