Best getaway at the most beautiful property!

Hands down, the most beautiful house, in the most amazing setting, with the greatest hosts - our stay in Villa One was perfect from start to finish!! The hosts are super responsive and helpful in answering questions; the house is gorgeous, in a prime location and perfect for a large group; the staff at Hacienda Beach Club and Residences were awesome. You will never want to stay anywhere else in Cabo!

January 2025 Family Trip

This was our 2nd time staying at this villa! It is a beautiful property.The staff is wonderful and friendly. We enjoyed the spa, restaurant, gym and pickleball courts. Love that the marina is so close and walkable, providing a lot of activities, restaurants and fun bars to stop in for a margarita and chips and guacamole.

Outstanding villa and rental experience.

This Villa is a super premium experiennce. It is very spacious, well equipped, and part of a fantastic resort with a great restaurant and spa. It was also spotlessly clean.Beach access is easy, the pool was nice and warm, and you can walk to the marina or Medano beach restaurants in minutes. We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful Villa on the Beach

We loved this villa! The location is great with a short walk to the Marina and good restaurants. The Hacienda Residences and Beach Resort is fabulous with great food and service. We were able to pre-order groceries that were delivered prior to our arrival. There were 7 of us staying at the villa with lots of room. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable beds.

Awesome property

Great location and property! This was our third stay in this property but our 20 th trip to Cabo. Been coming since 1995. This is the best location and view we have seen. We will definitely be back.

House was amazing! We’ve stayed at some of the most exclusive VRBO s. We all agreed this was one of the best! Hacienda Beach Club service gives St Regis a run for its money! We will definitely come back soon! Villa #1 is the best!

Best Place to Stay in Cabo

Amazing views, beautiful Villa, great restaurants and entertainment next door, what more can you ask for? I’ve stayed many places in Cabo and I enjoyed my stay here the most. The staff at Hacienda are accommodating and so nice. I wanted to stay longer and Vanessa was accommodating to our needs. We didn’t want to go home! Thank you again Vanessa!

AMAZING Villa!

This Villa is beautiful and very well maintained. Great views and wonderful location. It is noisy with the bars located so close, but we expected that. The outdoor fireplace wasn’t working, but it was an amazing property. The resort staff were beyond helpful and responsive. The resort was so beautifully manicured and so clean. Thank you!

Vanessa you guys have amazing place we love everything about it the place was well stock clean and comfortable. we did have them fix couple things you had a leek on the jacuzzi by the pump and one of the outside fireplace was not working. Amazing stay at wonderful Medano Beach Villa

We've stayed at these villas before and love them. This one is on the end which has its perks (you're near everything) and disadvantages (sound at night- which typically ends around 10pm). Ultimately though this house and the amenities were awesome. It's nicer and more modern kept than the others. Everything works. The golf cart provided is 6 man and a game changer for a larger family (others only have 2 or 4 or none). New Year's Eve we had the absolute best possible view for fireworks (literally just down in front of our villa). Communication with the owner was speedy and helpful.

Simply the best!

From the moment I booked Villa one. First last year and then again this year, The communication with the host, Vanessa and the entire team at the Hacienda Beach club residences staff, Was top notch. We had a VIP experience. Aside from the property being spectacular and the accommodations providing us an above par environment for our stay, Vanessa, Paula , and the entire team at the Hacienda beach resort were always available to answer questions, and make arrangements For shuttles, dinner, reservations, and anything else we needed. I can’t recommend them enough. I would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you!!🙏😊

This is our 2nd time at this amazing villa! We love the location and the views! You can access the beach directly from the villa. It also comes with a 6 person golf cart which we used daily. The Hacienda is a great place to stay. The staff and amenities are top notch! We'll definitely come back!

Great vacation!

This is the perfect place at Hacienda. Right next to the restaurants on the beach if you chose to go and you can sit in the pool and watch all the activity from the pool. Very beautiful place! Will definitely go again!
