Disliked: Check-in, communication
Difficulty contacting host the day before arrival to get location and check in information. Spent hours with VRBO rep attempting to contact host. VRBO rep finally offered a very unacceptable solution to a property that would only hold 2-4 of us (there were 6) for 3 days. We were not in any position to transfer mid-stay. VERY freightening experience. Finally were able to contact host last minute the day before we were flying out.
