Welcome to our enchanted two-bedroom apartment in a gated community with keycard access, an outdoor pool, 24/7 security, and a prime location.
The apartment is fully equipped with 100 Mbps Wi-Fi, a 55" smart TV with APP BOX, full kitchen, rooftop, and parking spot. Each room has A/C and ceiling fans. It's within walking distance of Medano Beach, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, coffee shops, ATMs, and supermarkets.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, living area, and full bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and another full bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with appliances. Enjoy the cozy living room and charming rooftop area. Beach towels, umbrella, and chairs are available. Relax in our pool area or visit Playa Médano, a beautiful beach nearby. Walmart is just a 12-minute walk away.
Check-in is super easy with an electronic card from the lockbox at any time. We are available for assistance during your stay. It serves as the perfect home base, close to everything you need during your stay in Cabo San Lucas. Public transportation and Uber are easily accessible. Clean and comfortable condo

This is a nicely updated and clean condo within walking distance to town. The 2 bedrooms have comfortable beds, each with their own en- suite bathroom. The kitchen, although small, is well stocked with everything you need for meals. Note- thete is no oven or dishwasher, but we found having a cooktop ( with a very modern hoodfan) was just fine. You do need to bring in bottled water as the water from the taps is not potable. The living area is very comfortable, and there is a large-screen smart tv for Netflix etc. The surprise for us was the beautiful rooftop deck, which is very private, and a nice little outdoor oasis. The owner has certainly paid attention to small details to make the condo comfortable and updated. This is more of a family building with long term renters in it vs vacation rentals, so generally the only people at the pool were vacationers...meaning it's not very busy. The location of the building is just a couple blocks off the main road into Cabo, but if you're not familiar with Cabo or Mexico, dont't expect a 'nice' neighborhood, as there is an empty lot beside the building with chickens and stray dogs who do tend to bark a lot. Only complaint here was the near continuous noise of barking dogs, as it is a pet friendly building. Property managers Ale and her sister Betty were wonderful... very responsive and helpful - they quickly replied to any concerns or questions. Use WhatsAp to communicate, it's the best way for messaging here in Mexico. Would definitely tecommend staying here if you're on a budget and don't need to stay at a resort, but want to be close to town.
