Casita Chulita/Studio downtown Cabo
La Casita Chulita is a spacious, rustic studio with high ceiling’s, a bohemian aesthetic on the second floor of our main house.
Located on Martin’s family property in Downtown Cabo, this casita is walking distance to all that downtown has to offer- Marina, Nightlife, restaurants, beaches and more.
Or chill in the hammock in our lush garden after a day of surfing.
The best of all worlds in this charming casita.

The space
The studio is a large room upstairs with a small kitchen (gas stove, large fridge), bathroom w/shower, king mattress....steps away to restaurants and shops. 5-15 minute walk to marina and beaches! very safe with a local family on site. wi-fi. Surf tours and lessons available, Kayaks...
Guest access
You will have access to the private studio and shared garden. Parking as well, if needed.
Other things to note
we also teach surfing and have boards for rent…surf tours also available or beach tours….we have shade and coolers! Kayak also available…we can drop you off at the local beach where you can kayak to lovers beach…dry space for a picnic and to keep stuff dry. $40 for one kayak and $60 for two and as much time as you want includes snorkeling gear

Bueno!
Everything we needed. Simple, clean, and pretty abode (nice cactus garden!) - plus morning visit by friendly canine friends. Great birding in the early morning - a little oasis! Host was gracious and gave us good tips on where to go for good food, etc. And great location! The near by plaza hosted local art show which was fun.

Nice Place Cool Host - Not that comfortable
Place allow pets/Dogs so no matter what that gets it 3 stars. But the place does not even have a love seat sofa, just a bar stool and chair. Place needs to have a sofa, no place to hang out and sit. it could totally hold a 2 person sofa that pulls out to a bed.
