Perfect spot for a bachelorette getaway!

We had an amazing stay here for my bachelorette in Cabo! The home was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and just as described. The location was great and made it easy to enjoy everything Cabo has to offer. Would definitely recommend and would love to return!

Great girls getaway

The villa was great with all the bedrooms and bathrooms for 7 girls! Fernando and his staff were very fast and really did anything we asked, which was so appreciated. Can walk to town and the marina. Just lots of stairs and bumpy cobblestone driving in. Overall would recommend it and would stay there again!

Fantastic Stay!

Boys trip with my brother a couple close friends. We’d previously stayed in Pedregal and love the proximity to town. Casa Miguel was a fantastic find for us. The price was very reasonable, and the service was top-notch! Fernando was super communicative and helpful in setting up transportation to/from the villa and meals in the villa. Jorge cooked us up wonderful meals. So much so that we canceled the one dinner reservation (which Fernando booked for us) because we wanted another steak dinner (Tomahawks this time) from Jorge. Would def stay there again.

Excellent Place to stay

Beautiful place up on the hill overlooking the marina and Cabo. Highly recommend! The pool water was a little warm but so is Cabo! Close walking distance from town, restaurants close, and the view is great.

Fantastic stay!!

We all loved this house!! It was close to everything and we could easily walk everywhere. Felt very safe!! The view from the pool was awesome! The hosts were very helpful and willing to help us out with anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful property, perfect location

Spacious, clean, has all the amenities you need. Just a couple steps away from the marina, restaurants, shops. The owner and staff were quick with communication and were very helpful. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Casa Miguel was great!

Had a great time and Casa Miguel worked out for us perfectly. There are lots of stairs but having the elevator for our luggage helped tremendously. Everyone was very accommodating. Beautiful home and great views.

Cabo w/the Girls

8 of us gal-pals were able to get away together & we loved the location & the beauty of the house we stayed in! Was easily walking distance to town & the marina but tucked away just enough to relax away from it all! Would highly recommend to anyone. Fernando was amazing at responding, suggesting & booking for us! Great place, great views, great staff.

Incredible views

My husband and I, along with our two and children and their spouses, spent seven great days at this property. Probably our absolute favorite thing was the views of the surrounding area. We were very happy to find how accessible the marina area of Cabo was to us by merely walking down the hill for a bit. We were able to walk to the waterfront in 10 minutes or less. The Security was very good and we always felt safe in our surroundings. Fernando was a great house manager and was very responsive. We were very fortunate that the weather was absolutely perfect every day of our visit. We had never been to Cabo before, but we enjoyed the city in general and this property in particular.

Great place and location!

Casa Miguel is a prime location in Cabo. It's walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the marina. Fernando, the concierge, was very communicative and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. He was flexible and understanding. The house is beautiful and has great views from almost every room. I highly recommend staying here!

Birthday Getaway with friends

The property was beautiful and in a very safe location. We thought Fernando and Tony were very attentive to our questions and requests and graciously took care of everything. There are quite a few stairs to get into the property, but that is a necessity based on the location. Well worth it as the house is a wonderful property! We had a great time and would highly recommend staying here.

Awesome place- definitely choose to stay here

Everything was spectacular and the group thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful property. The house had everything you needed and the concierge/staff were always a quick call away. Service and timeliness for requests were spot on. Exceptionally clean house with all amenities provided. A short walk to the marina and a very quick shuttle ride to the beach, where all the activity within the town took place. You can't go wrong in picking this place. -Julien

Girls getaway!

Celebrated a girlfriend’s milestone birthday here! It is a nice home. The pool was not heated upon arrival — the heater broke but they fixed it and installed a new heater during our stay. The house is spacious and while a little dated in decor and style, it’s well maintained and the concierge is so helpful! Great location. You’ll also get a nice workout walking up and down the stairs to the house :)

Beautiful House In Cabo

We really enjoyed our time in Cabo and especially at Casa Miguel. On arrival, Fernando and Tony were there to greet us and help with our luggage. Fernando gave us a tour of the house and explained how to work the hot tub and pool which was very helpful. The house was very clean and the AC was always cold. The rooms are huge, each with their own bathroom and 3 of the rooms have an amazing ocean view. The house is in a very convenient location, everything is a short walk away - coffee shop, grocery store, tons of restaurants and bars. We will definitely be back to Casa Miguel.

Excellent clean house with great views and best location!

The house was just as described in the posting, clean, excellent views, and the best location. The fact that it was in a gated/secured community was a definite plus. Everything was walking distance; the marina, shops, eateries, night life, even church (catholic) was a huge plus as we didn’t have to spend much on taxis/ubers. Be warn there is a lot of stairs just to get into the house, but that is how the majority of the house are in this area that offer you excellent views. Luckily there was a “freight elevator” (perfect for luggage and grocery hauling) and another almost trolley like mechanism (this one people can use) that was a help for those that couldn’t handle the amount of stairs (or out of shape haha). Would definitely recommend this house 100%.

Good location if you want to be in Cabo

The location is good. You can walk almost anywhere in downtown Cabo saving a substantial amount of money in uber fees. The house was bare bones. Not many amenities. The master shower was unusable... we took a shower on the main floor because the pressure was so bad. The pool was just OK. If you are going to rent this house it is because you want to be really close to the action. I would not rent if you are used to high end properties. If you are there and plan to use it primarily as a place to stay and head out from there, it is perfect.

Family Cabo Trip

We had a group of six people (three couples) and spent three nights at Casa Miguel. The house is as depicted in the pictures but they don’t do justice to how beautiful the scenery is. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance to town and especially the marina. The layout of the house is excellent - the bedrooms are spacious and the three we used had excellent views. The living room area is fantastic with amazing views of the water and the surrounding hills. The area is extremely safe, we were never concerned about our safety whatsoever. The sunrise is perfectly positioned right over the water – this is worth getting up for every morning! The outdoor sitting area is great, we spent most of the time outside. Others have commented about Fernando being good but he is not just good, he is exceptional. We began requesting his help over a month before our visit. He helped to coordinate transportation to and from the airport, a boat ride/snorkeling tour and other numerous requests for assistance. Tony also helped us as well but Fernando truly was amazing. The location, the views, the layout and the service are all excellent and we would not only highly recommend this house but we would absolutely stay there again. The next time we will just plan to stay longer!

Needs improvement

Came with several long time friends. Getting in touch with the concierge was always difficult. The location is up over 60 feet of stairs and elevator/lift continued to break down so alot of stairs and we had our golf clubs. Water never got hot even though we asked several times. View and overall location is great however they really need to work out the kinks.

Amazing!!! 5 Star Service and Accommodations

We travel quite a bit. We have been to Cabo two times previous to this trip. We have always stayed in a all inclusive, but this time we wanted to do something different. So we pulled the trigger and rented this VRBO. From the time we confirmed payment we were treated like royalty from Fernando, Mike's property manager. From requests for more pillows to recommendations on where to eat and play. Fernando was simply amazing!!! Seriously. He was attentive via text and phone calls. It was like being in a movie or something. Not only that but Fernando's crew was also just as good. Tony and Marilu'. Thank you team Fernando!!!! As far as the accommodation's go, they were equally amazing. Air conditioners worked wonderfully. Pool and hot tub was always clean and sparkly. Location was amazing. Walking distance to everything. Beds and pillows really comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Multiple places to work and play within the home. Wifi worked just perfect. If we ever come back to Cabo we will definitely stay in Mike's home again. Unless, of course, Fernando and his crew aren't there. Lol. Mike, whatever you do make sure to keep those folks happy. You have a gem of a crew. :) Thanks again and can't wait until next time!!
