Casa De Las Olas - House Downtown Cabo

Our rentals sit on a family property in Cabo Centro. Martin built the main house with a dear friend after his mother gave him the land in 1995.
Today, the majority of Martin’s family each have houses on property, including Martin’s brother’s restaurant, Joe’s Garden.
Secluded by a lush garden, birds chirping, gorgeous weather, you would never know you are in downtown Cabo.
We have created a casual, friendly and unique local experience for travelers who are interested in having just that.

The space
The spacious one bedroom house is a true Mexican Casa. Casual, cozy, with high ceilings and surrounded by a beautiful garden where guests can meet and exchange travel experiences or spend time reading in the hammock.
We have a full kitchen with many windows overlooking the garden. We provide drinking water and an equipped kitchen to make meals if you so choose.
The living and dining space are open to the kitchen which allows you to easily engage with your friends in the house.

The bedroom has a queen bed as well as two single beds, a closet, and ceiling fan.

The bathroom has a spacious windowed shower. We provide towels, hair dryer, and iron.

The large outdoor space is shared with other guests but you can easily find a place to quietly read alone.

We also teach surfing, offer surf tours, beach tours…kayaks and surfboards are available to rent….with the kayaks we can drop you off at the local beach where you can kayak to Lovers beach…kayak have a dry space to keep things dry and take picnic…..

Other things to note
WE are kid friendly and welcome families, we do have some stairs inside and outside that may be difficult for children. PLease be careful.
