Gorgeous 3bd/2 bath penthouse condo with private rooftop. Amazing views - Enjoy the sunrise & sunset plus 180* degree views of the Sea of Cortez. Main level is 1700sqft, has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bathroom has an ensuite with two sinks.
Well-appointed kitchen with pots, pans, plates and cutlery. Laundry room in unit with lots of storage.
Rooftop has a built in BBQ, firepit, dining table plus lounge chairs with umbrella. Guests will have plenty of space to relax.
Complex has three refreshing pools. Location is just 10 minutes from downtown Cabo. Close to Fresko, Santa Carmela market, Home depot and Costco. Close to Santa Maria and Chileno beaches. Gated community has 24-hour security.
The property features amenities like AC, hair dryers, and WiFi for convenience. Towels and beach chairs etc. Condo is on the 4th floor (No elevator) Unit is not available for short term rentals. 1 month minimum but extended stays are preferred
