Exceptional! From coordinating our stay to getting around and having all our needs met throughout our stay, our host (Charlie) and his resort coordinator (Paola) really took care of us. They were without a doubt the reason for such an enjoyable stay. They guided us through the entire process and made numerous recommendations that came extremely handy. I would totally recommend them if you’re even thinking about it. I also had the pleasure to interact with some wonderful staff who made our staff so memorable: Antonio and Anaines checked us in at Sunset Beach Golf and Spa, then upgraded us to a Villa at Montecristo Estates. There we met Aida. Check in was a breeze and all the staff was so kind and really attentive. We also met Felix, Marco and Christian at Cibola Bar and Grill at Montecristo. Alberto was our shuttle coordinator and he truly worked to make sure we got around. At La Nao restaurant, don Ignacio was our waiter and again excellent service there… The list is really long and I really wish to list everyone, but the point is that the people/staff is and was what made this experience so wonderful. It was all so worry-free. I really loved Pueblo Bonito Beach Sunset Golf and Spa Resort and we really recommend working with Charlie so you can enjoy the same memorable experience we were afforded. Thanks Charlie!

STAY AWAY!!

we left after 1 night in this disgusting property! the resort is overcrowded and understaffed. the check in process is as welcoming as cattle being led to slaughter. the room was large but furnished like a freshman dorm at state college. after a long day we went for dinner at the only available restaurant, mexican fajita night. after a 30 minute wait we were led by a surly hostess to room bright enough to perform surgery, however no where clean enough to dine. the buffet was gross, tasteless overcook mush. our drinks finally arrived as we were opting for going to bed hungry. the bill 400usd was the final insult. back to our room past the vomit in the hall to a sleepless night on a prison style bed complete with pulsating generator and concrete pillows. our attempts to contact anyone went unanswered except for the ai generated "hope you're enjoying your stay" text messages. upon leaving early, the manager said sorry but no refund for the meal because you already ate it and the room was fully paid in advance. we plan on attempting to receive a refund through every means possible.

Beautiful resort, great service, and no snow!

This property was so nice and my kids had a blast. The all-inclusive option made things so simple for everyone and Charles was amazing to work with. We will definitely stay here again.
