The secluded cabin in Cable, WI was a small, clean, comfortable, and very nice little spot to get away for a few days!

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
Everything was perfect with our stay! The house had everything with needed. Very secluded yet minutes from downtown. Very clean too! We will definitely be back to visit family again and use this cabin!
Rental is within walking distance of Cable downtown area. There is an ATV trail behind the residence which you can walk (not busy with ATV's) to get to the town. Dog's are welcome at this residence. Location is great for access to the CAMBA mountain biking trails. Rental was clean and spacious. Would stay here again.
The cabin was so nice and clean. I loved the location and there was everything we needed that was provided. I would 100% book it again!

Northwoods get-away
Excellent experience. Great location and the amenities were 5 star. Rooms were clean and overall spotless. Convenient path right behind the home that leads right to town. Response time of the host was amazing. Would highly recommend this rental to family and friends.
This is a very nice place. Very clean. Excellent location for birdie trail. Not really secluded though because it’s right next to the highway. Also the kitchen could use some pot and pans for cooking. Comfortable bed. Comfortable pull out sofa. Excellent place. Thank you.
My wife and I stayed four nights, the first three nights the temperature outside was down to 25 below zero. We stayed very warm inside. The cabin is very clean and has a great comfy bed that is adjustable! The cabin is very close to downtown Cable. We spent everyday out snowshoeing the CAMBA trails and were able to stay warm even though the daytime temps did not get above 15 below zero!
This cabin is the perfect location for all Northwoods experiences. You are close to lakes, bike trails, the river, restaurants, and the grocery store. The cabin is clean and stocked with plenty of plates/dishes. Enjoy an indoor fireplace or outdoor bonfire. You can be in the woods, but still have all the perks! Sunsets on the front porch too.
Choosing a property to stay at can be like internet dating: The photos often are, shall we say, misleading. This is not one of those. What you see is what you get. This cottage looks plain on the outside, but the inside is gorgeous. Clearly, it's been recently renovated, and it's clean as my ice cream bowl after a scoop of Ben & Jerry's. More important, it has everything you could ask for in a VRBO, including a nice kitchen, big bathroom, a TV with Roku, and an adjustable bed. It's a perfect size for two, and would work with three or four. The cottage is walking distance to Cable's businesses. It's along Highway 63, but we found that to be a non-issue. The bedroom is set back behind the living area, which blocks most road noise.I did a dumb thing and had to call the owner, and he couldn't have been nicer. We were there for Birkie week, and we've already re-upped for next year.
Very comfortable accommodations and perfect location for a quick getaway. Really enjoyed exploring all that the Cable area has to offer and the convenience of the cabin. Thanks for a great stay!
Beautiful updated little cabin right outside of Cable. We took our family side by side and this house was right off a trail for easy access. Lots of places to go with an ATV. Would recommend!
cozy property. well-maintained. well-appointed. more highway noise than anticipated

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
Disliked: Communication, location
Communication?…….Still Waiting!!!
Mary’s Marvel; clean & neat, yet lacked personal touches associated with well appointed rentals. Communication, save for check-in instructions & discount offer to extend stay was non-existent.A week in advance, we emailed the property contact (multiple occasions) to ask if a BBQ grill was on site - never a response. Upon arrival & after buying a grill, we noted not 1 but 3 grills on premise. Despite not cooking in the cabin, the smoke alarm went off on multiple occasions - ultimately we pulled the batteries in order to silence. We promptly emailed the property contact to advise & you guessed it - no response. After departing the property we realized we inadvertently left a small blue tooth speaker in the cabin but were hours away. Once again, we emailed the property contact to ask if we could have friends in area access the property to retrieve our speaker or to ship it to us but nothing. The cabin was outfitted with very “spartan-like” dishes, silverware & other very basic necessities. It was brutally hot & humid during our stay (no A/C but we knew that) & found that several crank out window mechanisms were broke or didn’t work such that we had to push them open/closed from the outside - most enjoyable in the humidity & pouring rain. Ear Plugs/White Noise devices are a must as the centerline of Hwy 63 is 69’ (walked it off) from the cabin allowing you to hear any approaching vehicles (especially double trailered logging trucks) roaring to and thru you from a mile away.
