"Beautiful beach easy access"

"This is a charming rustic inn. The rooms are a walk-up from outside. ( Keep heavy bags or bad knees in mind) The room was very clean and the bed was so cozy and comfortable after a long travel day. Lovely antique pieces along with modern creature comforts like AC and microwave smart tv. Internet connection was better than many of our Maritime stops. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck for a while. This location felt very private. George was prompt with instructions and communication and check in was easy:) Lovely little stay on our way through exploring the island."

"If I were to write a book, it would be there, surrounded by breathtaking scenery. We were there in September but it would be perfect for families with the children having an immense expanse of playing fields. Highly recommend. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Idle by the Bay—Cathy and Dave are wonderful hosts and the cottage had everything we needed to enjoy a quiet week recharging. Close enough to amenities, but truly a peaceful setting. Cathy’s list of local attractions was perfect and guided our day to day activities. Our dog Dolly enjoyed the beach walks several times a day, and the large lawn to play frisbee! Having a washer was truly a perk!Would definitely consider returning!"

"Tis was just what we were looking for ib a resort. Golf pro shop was a walkable distance and the beach is nearby as well. The staff were great and helped us with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again."

"Gorgeous view of the water and dunes, with beautiful sunsets. Loved the many decks, and multiple outdoor tables We were 6 adults, a baby and a dog. The home is designed to have 3 separate suites. Perfect for our needs . Would 100% return."
