"The manager Kenny could not have been more helpful helping us secure 2 more nights accommodation, providing fabulous local tips about places to go and see and where to eat. The room was very comfortable with a well supplied kitchen if cooking was desired. Nice shower and bathroom. Parking was good and easy. Conveniently situated near shops, petrol stations. Extra towels offered for the pool. Excellent value, would definitely stay there again. Kenny was a great host👍👍👍."

"Host was welcoming, such a charming beach house. Its a rare treat to see the sun set from the east cost, but it is right in front of you. The little beach is paradise and the bushwalk is a nice way to start the day. Would definitely stay again. Its the kind of place you dont want to leave. "

"Our stay at the Miner’s Cottage was very good. It is a small home, well set up for one or two people. The entire cottage is extremely well supplied and we lacked for nothing. We used the location as a take off point to see other attractions in Northland and it worked out perfectly. The two beaches, Cable and Coopers, were excellent. The manager, Dave, was there to meet us and gave a very thorough rundown of things to do and places to go. "
