Outdoor shower is cold water only. Very rudimentary but comfortable. Location was great for the castle and the restaurant out the front door directly across the road was very good. "The staff were warm and welcoming. The convent is full of history which feels like you are staying inside a museum. They preserved the convent well and even kept the short doors, so watch your head!! The breakfast was delicious. It is located next to the beautiful walled city of Monsaraz which I highly recommend."
