"¡Un viaje para mi de último minuto terminó siendo uno de mis favoritos! El lugar es hermoso¡y el personal es increíble! Audri, Ana, Denny, El Venizolano, y el equipo del restaurante y el resto del personal del resort fueron muy amables y atentos, y la comida estuvo fantástica. Las clases de yoga fueron muy superbuenisimas y, a la vez, un buen desafío para mí como principiante. Portero."

"I stayed at Velero Beach Resort and had a very disappointing experience from the moment I entered my room. Right after checking in, I used the toilet and discovered it was broken. The toilet kept flushing, but the flush mechanism got stuck and caused water to overflow onto the bathroom floor and into the bedroom area. This was completely unacceptable for a resort hotel. The flooding right after check-in made the start of my stay very uncomfortable. However, I would like to mention that Wilbert was very helpful during the situation. He quickly sent two employees to help clean up the mess and also arranged a new room for me, which I appreciated. I expected much better maintenance and quality control from this hotel."

"Great family vacation. Celeste was wonderful to deal with and promptly answered any questions that came up. The house is fabulous with the pool, outside seating and beachfront location. Bedrooms are separated enough to give everyone their own space but lots of common areas for everyone to hang out. The staff was wonderful and took excellent care of us. We had a chef come in and cook 4 out of the 7 nights and the meals were amazing. Would highly recommend this. Again I can't say enough good things about our stay and would definitely stay here again on a return trip."

"Did not get a response to my emails prior to my arrival to get airport pick up had to take a taxi Minimal English speaking at the resort use Google translator Even with the translator, there were some confusion about what I was asking The included breakfast was nowhere that I could see or find There was a carafe copy that was very cold No one greeted me when I went over to instruct me as to where I would have breakfast once again no Comprende was usually the response even with my translator I had ceviche for lunch every day. It was delicious. There was no water in my five days I received two bottles of water My room was cute, quaint, clean, and surprisingly, although it is surrounded by lots of trees vines and thatch there were no bugs! The resort itself was exactly what I was looking for quaint organic. There’s a little pool as we enter to the resort on the right hand side, which is where I did most of my swimming it was clean and pretty and quiet. The remaining pools typically had leaves and debris in them I found my own way back to the airport to depart "
