    "Kavya the receptionist was amazingly kind and helpful! The room was cleaned daily, and they gave us complimentary water bottles daily. The breakfast buffet was also pretty good with standard Indian breakfast items and coffee and juices. They have an elevator which helps carry luggage. Most importantly, they are located in the heart of T Nagar shopping with easy access to all shopping needs! The room was quiet during the night and we had a good stay."

"It is not definitely worth 5 star experience. The hotel rooms were poorly maintained. Th checkin process was awful and the staff had no care about customer experience nor the manager. The breakfast was pretty average and the staff were not helpful. Will not recommend this to families"
