"We were told that check in was until 8pm, no exceptions. So we organized our entire day to ensure we were there by 8pm. An hour later, reception was checking in somebody else, so clearly exceptions were made for some, but not us. Didn't leave us with a good feeling. "Hotel's common areas are incredibly wonderful! A unique "handmade" hotel with everything you need: Spa services ( i"ll book in advance next time), a beautiful restaurant area and a nice pool. My room was also amazing, spacious with a very (v-e-r-y) comfortable bed and a big clean bathroom. Breakfast was simple but delicious, served just outside your room, don't miss it!"
