"Good place to stay if your boating out of Sunset marina Plenty of space for family and friends A couple doors were missing handles, that needs addressed,we had a little guy stuck in the bathroom. The shower area in the efficiency apartment needs some sort of lighting The projection tv was new to us from our previous stay and the kids loved it as well as the hot tub"

"Nicely decorated house conveniently located by an amazing lake. Everything was ready as promised. Views were beautiful and you must take a walk or drive behind house to see some breathtaking views of Dale Hollow. Definitely plan to stay here again!"

"If you like fishing at Dale Hollow Lake this a good location. Very close to the public boat ramp at sunset Marina. House is clean and beds are great."

"Incredible views! Beautiful home. Pictures do not do it justice . Great location we went for a long weekend and stayed 3 nights. We stayed busy and will need to go go back to fully visit the parks and plan some hikes. Host was very helpful and and informative on the area. 10/10 stars !"

"The house was perfect. The welcome card and snacks the owner left for us as we entered was a TREAT!!!!! We had a hiccup right at the start. Not the property managers fault, it was mine. I forgot to tell the owner we had a service dog coming in with a friend. The property owner was very understanding and said it was ok for the dog to stay. Did not charge a pet deposit, I offered. When I called the property manager because I could not get the grill to light they were there in just a few minutes to...

"This was a great place to stay for a fishing trip. Parking can be a bit challenging with 2 (20’+) boats but doable. Also had outside electrical outlets for charging batteries. We had everything we needed and were very pleased with the accommodations ."
