"House was exactly as described! Lake & Sunset Marina are very close. Rented pontoon boat from marina - staff at marina were awesome! We loved the pool and lucked out on the weather! Would definitely rent the house again!"

"The staff were nice and accommodating. I stayed there for 12 nights. The bed was comfortable, and the single room was large. I noticed things in need of repair being overlooked. The rods were off the curtains and just lying on the windowsill as though someone didn't know how to fix this simple thing. Also, the coat rack was coming down off the wall on one end. Another easy fix but neglected. I've stayed here before a couple years ago when it was the Bethel Inn. I hope this isn't one of those hotels someone buys and then it continues to go downhill from there. I had to tell the staff about the outside trash can overflowing and been that way for a few days. They did take care of it right away. Emergency light on the 3rd floor was broken. I plan on coming back next year for my granddaughter's graduation. I hope they start repairing some of these things. I have worked in maintenance before at some condominiums and again these are all easy fixes."

"Very clean property in quiet surroundings, with river just yards from cabin! Owner was very responsive when we reached out to them. We enjoyed a great getaway and were only 15 minutes or so from the nearest Dale Hollow marina."

We will be back again! Visited the K & S lavender farm for the first time (call ahead to see if it's open and they are available for a visit) - the tour from Carl was a highlight of our trip!"
