Fabulous Central Hotel

Having the sauna was a fabulous feature after a day of sightseeing and due to the time of year we visited it was much needed to warm us up! Lovely central hotel and would definitely stay again. We added breakfast on arrival after reading positive reviews and we were not disappointed. It had a lovely bar area and because I was an Accor member we was entitled to a free drink!

Good

Quite comfortable room and good breakfast +very friendly staff. Single bed too small but I did not have a choice when booking. Good location if you want to see nice part of Bydgoszcz in the evening. Close to Opera and touristic area.

Perfect in every way

Perfect in every way. Check in was quick, easy with excellent service. We were on the second floor and the room was a good size. The bathroom was spotless and a great size. The bed was really comfy, we had great nights sleep. We only had breakfast there once which was very good, but it's on the expensive side for Bydgoszcz. The bar area was relaxing and the roof terrace is amazing with fantastic views. Can't wait to come back.

The room was clean and a little tired, and I found it cold at times. The breakfast was good. The hotel is centrally placed, which is good to access all attractions and the shopping centre is in walking distance. However, and this is a big however for me. On my second night I went to the bar for a glass of wine, a large one and I was charged over £10.00. and it wasn't a 250ml which I asked for. I challenged the male staff member and he just shrugged say that he had give the most popular and it was the most expensive. The previous night I was charged less than £7.00 for a glass. I feel this was deliberate. I didn't complain about the toaster not working, it about the plug for the kettyunit not being accessible or the fact I kept trapping my fingers in the exterior because it was brt, but when it comes to being ripped off I object. My money is too hard earned for some young male to deliberately extract it from me. This spoilt my experience and I am really unhappy about this.

Lovely stay

Was a lovely room, only negative is that the elevator has to be fixed so had to use other one. On a whole was a lovely stay will definitely be back. Would like bacon at breakfast.

Family Roots Visit

Large room, comfortable,warm, plenty of hot water. Not a great view of a very uninspiring inner courtyard. Staff were excellent, very helpful and with a smile on their faces. A lot of trainee staff but service still excellent and good to see that young people want to work in the hospitality industry

Front desk staff was very friendly. The bar up front and the lounge next to it had a cool vibe. The gym was surprisingly well appointed considering the small size of the hotel. The main road out front is very busy. Call the hotel ahead of time and ask where and how to pull into the hotel's parking, otherwise access and parking is challenging. It will cost, but is worth it.

Dejligt centralt hotel

Dejligt central hotel. Der var lidt larm om morgen fra byggeri i nærheden. Men tæt på det hele og let at komme til hvis man kommer med offentlig transport. God morgenmad. Der er en tagterrasse med flot udsigt over byen. Jeg savet noget balsam til håret og crem til kroppen.
