Average small town Hotel

The Hotel is nicely located in the town adjacent to a small market. The staff at Hotel is minimal and no one is available to assist for luggage as you have to carry about 14 stairs to reach the Reception floor. No Electric kettle provided in room. No complimentary water drinking bottles in Room and you are advised to drink from tap water. Limited spread of Breakfast and no option available for getting even basic egg omlette. Only solace, the mountain/ valley view outside the Hotel is majestic

Service is sub par

The booking description doesn’t promise a lot, but the service really brings the experience down alot. The staff is overall unhelpful and resistant. The hotel is a simple one, and a little worn down - as expected. However, the cleaning is not excellent and the rooms dark. The air conditioning does not work, so you have to sleep with the window open. This means that all sounds from the street and terrace is very audible in the room. We could unfortunately not sleep due to cara racing on the street throughout the night. The breakfast is dry and meager at best, and when you ask the staff for help they seem bothered. I do not recommend for this price, especially if you are a tourist as service is very low. They do seem friendlier to locals that know the language, so it might be more suitable for commuters.

When we arrived, it was already 10. p.m. The lady at the reception knew that we were a family of three. She pretended to ignore that after several mails and bookings. So there wasn't a bed ready for our daughter. We had to wait one hour for a bed for her because she said, she didn't know we were a family of three. We had a whole discussion but no one apologized. We had to pay more for the extra bed. The next day (we stayed for two days) we hung up a doorhanger with the message 'please clean the room'. We didn't receive any clean towels although we left the dirty towels on the ground. The cleaning ladies hung up the dirty towels again. They only made up the beds but didn't clean the room at all. There was no swimming pool although it was mentioned. For breakfast they served instant coffee for 'better coffee' from the machine you had to pay. The ladies who served the breakfast were nice, that's the only positive thing except for the fact that the room was quiet.

Bon rapport prestations/prix, hôtel très sympa. Déception quant à l'accès à une piscine notée dans la description. J'avais choisi cet hôtel pour ça et étions venus tôt pour profiter de la piscine que nous n'avons jamais vu. Hormis ce désagrément, bonne adresse.

Das Hotel ist schon ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen. Es müsste mal Renoviert werden. Im Restaurant haben wir schlechtes Steak bekommen und das Frühstück war auch nicht besonders.

Cold in the room!

I can understand december it's not the best season and that the hotel has many rooma but the room wqas cold...after my arrival about 17.00 I left working the heating but the situation was little better and i had to sleep with head under blankets. People were nice and did not want complain to them because after all they could do little.

Hotel in der Neustadt mit Altstadtblick

das Hotel ist insgesamt in Ordnung, Zimmer ganz nett (neu und sauber), wir haben sogar ein Upgrade bekommen (Balkon und Altstadtblick), Personal nett, auch im Restaurant, Frühstück völlig i.O... Lage ist insgesamt aber nicht so schön, z.B. kaum andere Restaurants in der Nähe, für das Gebotene insgesamt etwas zu teuer, aber es gibt in Buzet wenige Alternativen, wenn man nicht für noch mehr Geld in der Altstadt wohnen will. Vorteil: Parkplatz, kein langer Fußweg wie bei Altstadtunterkünften.

Hotel mit besonderer GastfreundlichkeIt

Wir wollten ein Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen, Baden, relaxen usw.. Von hier aus erreicht man bequem zu Fuss die auf einem Berg gelegene sehr schöne Altstadt. Nach zwanzig minütiger Autofahrt ist man in der kleinsten Stadt der Welt, Hum. Absolut empfehlenswert! Nach Porec bzw. Rabac sind es ca. 50 km, hier kann man an sehr schönen Stränden baden und sich von der Sonne verwöhnen lassen. Wer gerne radelt findet hier sicher genügend Herausforderungen. Auch sollte man es nicht versäumen in den abgelegenen Bergdörfer die Nähe der Bewohner zu suchen, die Freundlichkeit ist überwältigend.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, trotz Stromausfall in den Morgenstunden nach Gewitter. Die Küchenfee hat das Rührei morgens extra auf einen Camping Gaskocher zubereitet und sich auch sonst sehr Mühe gegeben. Das hat man selten bis garnicht. Klasse!!!
