"This hotel is a budget hotel in city center of Berat. You pay a budget price. A few CONS: The hotel is old and the A/C unit did not work so if you go in summer make sure you check that out before settling in your room. The bathroom is like a RV bathroom, the water goes everywhere. The bed mattress, you can feel the springs but there is a heavy blanket you can use to help comfort. "Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."
