The hotel staff was welcoming and very helpful, provided a map to help us navigate the city. The room was spotless and the view was amazing, overlooking the river. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel!

Incredible hotel right where you need to be for Christmas Markets etc. The staff were wonderful, we checked in early and had a room upgraded. The room was really nice - the bed and shower next level. Would definitely come again.
