The pool was nice. The kids really enjoyed it. The beds are too small. The information from Expedia is incorrect. Children are 10 & under not under 18 so we had to book extra rooms since they conside 11 year olds adults.

This my second stay at the Hotel so far everything is great. Foods it's good, swimming pool fine, reception was accommodating upon check in and C/out. I'll recommended to my friends.

Staff was friendly, the onsite breakfast and meals were good. Room was very dated, late 70's early 80's feel, only one of the TV's had a working remote, the toilet did not flush properly and the shower pipe kept popping out of the wall and so we had to hold it together to use the shower. The cockroaches were a concern but the fridge was clean and so we just kept all food items in there. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned when asked, overall this is an ok place to stay and if necessary I would stay here again.

Nice place. Lots of rules, procedures, and rigidity especially since we were about the only ones there; and they had to know exactly who we were. But I would go back. Breakfast was good.

My stay was fantastic - service was real good. Any concerns were immediately looked after. Only minor issues were the wifi was tough to connect to at times and although the breakfast was good the food was cold.

It was so disappointing and scary to wake up because there was a blackout in the whole city and it took maybe an hour before their generator worked. I was so worried for my 1 year-old daughter because she has asthma. And when I called the front desk, I found it impolite that the lady I was talking to was getting the answers from somebody else.

I will give 3 stars to them, because I can't connect their wifi, and shower have no hot water. They are friendly, and the breakfast is very delicious. But they transfer me to a different room each day, was there 3 nights and all in a different room.

Too much security!!
The hotel I booked was a basic twin bed room, priced accordingly, even though it had no windows, there was still some noise heard from outside traffic in the morning. I think the noise came through a small access door below the a/c unit. The other thing that felt awkward was the security at the lobby..They had armed guards with metal detector just like the airports...Yes its ”Better safe than sorry”, maybe its good to have all tgat security but for a hotel,,,it does sends out possibly the message that the area is very unsafe. I really didn’t feel unsafe in the area but walking (7-10min) to to main avenue might might be scary to dome guests. They do provide a good SUV shuttle for the airport that I used, with a professional driver. Decent breakfast was included. Dinner buffet on Friday was typical Filipino food, not many choices, but not expensive and it tasted good. They have a nice swimming pool. Staffs were cordial and friendly. Hotel was cleaned and the room bed was comfortable to sleep. I would recommend the hotel to others, but management really need to explain why all that security is needed..If there is a good reason for the protection of their guests,,,I would accept that,,but please do respond to me on that. Hotel staff slow to respond to complaints
Their bathroom has leaking, though its new. We convey the problem to them early morning, until we went back late at night the problem was still there hence we asked to be transferred to another room, much to our inconvenience.

Not a lot of nice hotels to choose from in this area. This is probably one of the nicer hotels. Staff is very friendly, the lobby and rooms are clean and fairly comfortable (had A/C problems but they got resolved) but breakfast buffet is terrible. 4 dishes served in warmers turned off so all food is cold. Very limited food choice but at least they had brewed coffee.

Our stay was two adults and one 9 year old kid in one room and the booking confirmation from Hotels.com shows breakfast is included. When checking in, the reception told me we are having extra bed and will prepare it soon and i told her yes thanks. But when checking out, they charged me extra bed fee. I told i was not told about that at all and it's prepared by the hotel without my asking then she asked the last night staff and removed the bill for bed. Instead she suddenly ask me to pay for the extra breakfast fee even their bill doesn't show it at all as if it's a kind of revenge. I told her to check the confirmation from Hotels.com telling breakfast is included for 3 of us. She just said just ok they'd cut off the breakfast and bed fee with no apologize at all. It's a kind of cheating and the managing operation is terrible, far from the normal hotel management.

Cozy place to stay in Butuan.
Nice hotel. Very cozy and clean. Staffs were approachable and helpful. The place is in the heart of a city. Near in Gaisano amd Robinson place. Thumbs up!!!!

Bad quality food in the restaurant.
The food provided is unhealthy, loaded with fat. Some of the items on the menu are not even provided.

Disappoinment
First thing I would say, it's a disappointment. I went to check in and found out i was 2 days late. I know I'm wrong but they didn't give me even a one day stay credit. It was a waste of money. Plus, buffet is so expensive. There's nothing spectacular with their foods. Although, the room where we stayed was clean and nice but the pool is not that nice. I regret it. I would never recommended to anybody.

Very comfortable and great facilities. I only had two small issues and they were having to get my room card reprogrammed after on day as it stopped giving access to the lift and my room and the internet wifi codes kept failing. Apart from that we really enjoyed our stay.
