"We really enjoyed our stay, the home itself is beautiful and full of charm. It’s an older Spanish-style property with lovely character and a cozy, welcoming feel. The location was fantastic, just an 8–10 minute walk to downtown and plenty of nearby restaurants, which made it super convenient.The house was very well equipped, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. There were plenty of towels, and everything we needed was provided; utensils, cookware, and comfortable living spaces. The bathrooms were spotless and fully stocked, which we really appreciated.The host was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond. When we arrived, the water wasn’t working, but they had someone out to fix it within about 30 minutes, great service! They also allowed our dog, who loved the stay as much as we did.As it’s an older property, there are a few things to keep in mind. The A/C wasn’t working very well during our visit, which made it a bit warm inside, though thankfully the weather was mild. The pool was being serviced when we arrived and stayed a bit cloudy, so we chose not to use it. The house shows its age a little, but it’s part of its charm, and it was overall clean and comfortable.Overall, it’s a lovely, well-located home with great character and a very responsive host. With just a few maintenance updates, it would be perfect!I did not take photos of the property, I should have but forgot. "

"It was perfect for us, and I hope to stay there again. The tricky part is that the building is being actively renovated from top to bottom, so there were a number of hiccups like the Wi-Fi being redone or the security switching fobs suddenly. To the hosts' credit, they were very communicative and responsive, so none caused any huge disruption for us. Also, I expect this is a short-term concern for most. Thanks so much for our best stay in Fort Myers, bar none. "

"We escaped winter in the northern plains to celebrate our anniversary in Florida. We love to walk and explore communities. This property is short blocks from a happening downtown on the river, the Ford-Edison Estate, craft brewery, grocery store and fabulous breakfast restaurant. We kayaked with the manatees and walked the beaches and enjoy being us as a couple. The property could use some loving maintenance, we needed batteries to get the heating/AC unit to function, the outside area needed sweeping to be more inviting. Check in with on line instructions was efficient. We had some confusion regarding which entrance on the property to utilize which create some arrival anxiety. The property manager responded our call related to the nonfunctional AC unit without empathy and the solution was left to us. We opened windows and bought batteries the next day. We enjoyed our visit to Fort Myers. "
