"Sehr gut organisierte Übergabe des Hauses. Haus ist interessant renoviert und hat auch einen großen Garten, den wir zwar aufgrund der Temperaturen nicht nutzten, aber dennoch als gut empfanden. Hier kann man sicher gut seine Hunde laufen lassen, da alles eingezĂ€unt ist. Im Winter ist es leider eher schwer, das GebĂ€ude gut warm zu halten, da aus wohl baulichen GrĂŒnden nur Infrarotheizungen vorhanden sind und gleichzeitig das GebĂ€ude nicht sehr gut isoliert zu sein scheint. "I enjoyed this hotel in Erlangen and my only regret is that I didn't get to explore more of Erlangen itself. Most of what we were doing was in Nuremberg proper, which is about a half hour total travel time (trains and walking) each way from this hotel. The nearest train stop is about a 3 minute walk from the hotel. There's a little breakfast place a few steps away from the hotel and it was very good. The hotel itself has a large lobby that is essentially open all night as well, but I do not believe you can order food. There's vending machines though, and staff are great. Just note that you do need to make use of public transit if you're travelling from this hotel to Nuremberg because Uber/Taxi will be at least €60 each way otherwise. Nuremberg is expensive like nothing I've ever seen in Germany lol but staying in Erlangen offset the costs a lot, so don't be afraid to learn the train systems to make use of this hotel a little further away from the main areas."
