  • Newly remodeled Only 22 miles from the Ark Encounter! Features Family room, 3 Bedrooms, Game Room with Skeeball and Foosball. Additional downstairs TV room features a 70" TV. Gazebo out back on a concrete patio. Access to the Licking River with a picnic table and grill. Fire pit is also located in the back. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have queen sized beds. The bedroom downstairs has bunk beds with queen on the bottom. Up to 12 people on each side of the duplex. You are leasing one side of a duplex.
