Arrive, take a deep breath, and simply enjoy your holiday: This cosy holiday home in the “Am Yachthafen” holiday village offers you the ideal combination of tranquility, nature, and a seaside holiday atmosphere.

The house is located at the very end of the holiday village, in a particularly quiet spot. The fully landscaped property offers plenty of privacy and shields you from prying eyes. From the terrace, you can enjoy an unobstructed view across the adjacent meadows—perfect for your first cup of coffee in the morning or a relaxing end to the day.

A cosy home away from home: With five permanent sleeping spots, the holiday home offers plenty of space for families or a holiday with friends. Depending on your needs, the sleeping capacity can be expanded with a fold-out bed or extra bed and, if necessary, a sleeper sofa.

The open, cosy living and dining area forms the heart of the house. Large windows offer a view of the surrounding greenery. The rustic wooden elements and exposed beams give the house its special, typical North German holiday home charm.

The separate kitchen is practically furnished and offers everything you need for hassle-free self-catering on holiday. The modern, bright bathroom with a shower is also functional and comfortably equipped.

Fedderwardersiel is all about the North Sea, the harbour, fresh sea air, and relaxing holiday days., Whether it’s a walk along the water, a bike ride through the Butjadingen countryside, a family outing, or simply a quiet day on the patio—from this holiday home, you can tailor your holiday exactly to your own preferences.

The holiday home isn’t a stylish luxury property—it’s a cosy home for relaxing days by the North Sea. Anyone who appreciates peace and quiet, nature, and the special charm of a classic holiday home will quickly feel at home here.

On-site, you’ll be looked after by the NORDSEERUHE team; you’ll receive their contact information after booking. Check-in is generally scheduled for 3:00 PM, and check-out should be by 10:00 AM. Depending on availability and prior arrangement, early check-ins and late check-outs may also be possible.

Upon arrival, you will receive the apartment key from a key safe at the property; please call the local coordinator, Katja, before your arrival to request the code.

Please note that the municipality of Butjadingen charges all guests a visitor’s fee (“Kurtaxe”), which must be paid directly to the local administration (via bank transfer or PayPal prior to arrival). You can find the amounts due in the guest information letter, which will be sent to you after booking. In exchange for payment of the guest tax, you can request guest cards from the local administration, which offer you various discounts in the region.

If desired, the local administration will gladly provide you with bed linens and towels for your stay. The cost is €14 per person for bed linens and €8 per person for towels.
