Dear guests, we would like to welcome you in our modern and well maintained holiday home in Budjadingen on the beautiful North Sea coast as our guests. The newly renovated house can accommodate a family of up to 4 people and a toddler, or four individuals. Children as well as dogs, are very welcome guests with us.
The beautiful semi-detached house is lovingly furnished and has many things ready for the holiday. We attach great importance to making you feel comfortable during your holiday. Therefore, in addition to the usual inventory in addition a highchair, travel cot, various children's toys and children's and adult books available. If you come into our house, you have directly the hallway with cloakroom.
The bathroom goes off to the right of the hallway. It is equipped with a walk-in shower and a new glass cabin. Sink, toilet, towel rack, vanity unit and mirror are also renewed. Children toilet seat.
The hall is separated by a door from the living / dining / kitchen area.
The kitchenette is equipped with ceramic hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave with hot-air oven-grill function, fridge with *** freezer. All common small appliances such as coffee machine, egg cooker, toaster, blender and mixer are of course available.
The entire facility is largely new! Directly in the open area near the kitchenette is a dining room table with 4 chairs. There is also a radio with CD player.
In the adjoining living area is a cozy leather couch and two reading chairs and a table. There is also a tall cabinet and sideboard, a TV with receiver and various other things in the room.
The large window front ensures a light-flooded room. Through the patio door you get onto the terrace with a table and four chairs that you can use in any weather, depending on the setting. The screens are easily protected. In the boiler room is a grill that can be used gladly.
A staircase leads to the upper floor with the two bedrooms. In the master bedroom is a 180x200 cm bed with separate mattresses. The bed has two reading lights and a clock radio. There is also a built-in wardrobe wall in the room, of which three sections can be used by you. Also a small dressing table with matching mirror can be found here.
The children's room has two single beds about 90x200 cm, reading lamps, clock radio, a wardrobe, a play mat and a shelf with various children's toys.
The windows in the entire sleeping area are provided with insect screens and shutters.
The house is heated by a gas central heating. The fireplace is electric and can not be used for heating.
Bed linen and towels can be ordered by prior arrangement.
