Seebrise Holiday Rental—Stylish Living in the Heart of Büsum


The 50 m² holiday rental “Seebrise” was completely modernised in 2022 and stylishly furnished with great attention to detail. Subtle, harmoniously coordinated colours and tasteful furnishings create a pleasant atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive and can relax wonderfully.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a typical Büsum house and
is accessible via a staircase. The building houses only three apartments, creating a pleasantly intimate and peaceful atmosphere.

The location is particularly beautiful: “Seebrise” is situated directly on the Ostdeich and thus right by the harbour.

Alleestraße, Büsum’s main shopping street, the city centre area, and the harbour are all about a 3-minute walk away.

It’s about an 8-minute walk to the main dike and the sea. Despite its central location, the apartment is pleasantly quiet—thanks in part to its excellent soundproofing. There is a parking space right in front of the building.

The apartment features a separate bedroom and an open, cosy living area with a sleeper sofa. The modern open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, fully automatic coffee maker, and a fridge-freezer combo—ideal for anyone who enjoys cooking for themselves even while on holiday.
For added convenience, even during longer stays, a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and clothes rack are available.

The cheerfully designed shower room with toilet features a hair dryer and a heated towel rack, and its subtle colour scheme blends harmoniously into the apartment’s ambiance.

A real highlight is the sunny balcony with adjustable lounge chairs, where you can enjoy the sun from morning to night—whether you’re having breakfast, sipping a cup of coffee in the afternoon, or winding down a relaxing day on holiday.
A smart TV and Wi-Fi provide entertainment and connectivity. Books and games are also available for cosy moments.

Families are also very welcome: a travel cot and high chair are already provided and just need to be set up if needed.
