Die sehr große Anlage ist optisch Innen und Außen sehr gelungen und unsere Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll und vollständig eingerichtet! Soweit so gut - ABER siehe Folgendes: Es fängt damit an, daß man keine Möglichkeit hat mit dem Pkw zum Ent- und Beladen überhaupt auf das Grundstück und schon gar nicht vor das gebuchte Gebäude zu kommen! Man muß also in einer Parkverbotszone vor der Anlage alles erledigen und dann weite Wege zu Fuß zurücklegen. Auch bei einer Buchung der Tiefgarage für 13,50 €/Tag hat man diese weiten Wege. Keine Fahrradständer vor den einzelnen Gebäuden - nur ein zentraler kleiner Abstellplatz oder in der Tiefgarage. Beim Öffnen der viel zu stramm eingestellten Wohnungstür schlug uns sehr heiße Luft entgegen - die Außenrollos waren nicht herunter gelassen.Es gelang uns während des einwöchigen Aufenthaltes nicht, die Wohnung herunter zu kühlen. Das Badezimmer ohne Fenster glich dauerhaft einer Sauna - UNERTRÄGLICH!!! Keine Klimaanlage, keine Markisen bzw. Sonnenschirme (auch auf Nachfrage nicht) auf den Balkonen und Terrassen - ebenso keine Liegen. Die Anlage liegt direkt hinter dem Deich und dahinter befindet sich ein kostenloser Parkplatz - aber leider keine direkter Zugang. Der Pool- und Spa-Bererich ist für die Größe der Anlage viel zu klein bemessen - bei 4 Leuten im Pool sind 2 zuviel! Ebenso zu wenig Liegen. Weitere Kleinigkeiten sparen wir uns hier ... FAZIT: LEIDER VÖLLIG VERPLANT!!! Optik ist nicht alles ... Da wir ein Last Minute Angebot gebucht hatten, war das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis einigermaßen ok - aber bei dem normalen wesentlich höheren Preis hätten wir auf einer Entschädigung bestanden. Es ist absolut nicht unsere Art das Haar in der Suppe zu suchen, aber die gravierenden Planungsmängel sind dermaßen offensichtlich, daß es schon fast weh tut. Wir können leider keine Weiterempfehlung aussprechen - wir haben in Büsum schon wesentlich besser gewohnt.

Ein Urlaub im Binnendieck ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine moderne, gemütliche Wohnung, die hervorragend und hochwertig mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man(n oder frau) braucht. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Zimmer lassen sich vollständig verdunkeln. Die Ausstattung der Residenz mit Pool und Saunen ist hervorragend. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Fazit: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Binnendieck.
