HOWEVER, the outside sitting area was beautiful, quiet , somewhat secluded because we had a large crowd and could be loud at times so we were glad that no other guests were disturbed. The staff were EXCELLENT , professional, super helpful, always available."

"The check-in process was easy, and the host had plenty of things like towels and blankets; however, I found that the photos of the listing did not accurately depict the actual house. The photos online made the house look much newer than it was, and the photos had several nicer pieces of furniture than there actually were. I also wish there had been something online warning about the train that runs through the backyard, as it would go by and wake everyone in the house up in the middle of the night. The house was also much darker and lacked the bright lighting that it had online. Overall, it wasn't a bad stay, but the photos make the house seem much nicer than it was."

"This property is not accurate in its description or images. The neighborhood is not in a great part of town. The fencing all around the property is dilapidated and overgrown. The fan was covered in dust, the yard and porch were covered in debris and dirt, the interior of the hot tub cover was covered in mildew and dirt. There were no sheets, comforters, or pillows for the pullout sofa. When I brought this to the attention of the property manager I was offered to wait until the following day or go to Wal-Mart and purchase sheets. The master bedroom did not have pillowcases either. There were only two towel for us to use as well. The wall of the master bedroom appeared to have water stains or mildew stains all over them. The toilet constantly clogged with minimal tissue and there was a strong sewage odor. Lastly, the bedd in the master bedroom has bedbugs. My husband and I came home covered in bites. When I reached out to management about these issues I was offered a 100 credit or get a free night for every night booked. Please book with extreme caution!! "

"We had to leave within 10 minutes of arriving. The beds were slept in, there was dirty laundry still in the washing machine, one bed had a huge stain on the mattress cover, the pull out couch had a lot of dirt and grime all over it, the bath tub had dirt and grime in the bottom, and we found THREE roaches almost as soon as we walked in, in various places throughout the house. When we notified the host about these issues she asked if she could send someone the next day to clean it, which meant we would have had to clean everything ourselves just to go to bed that night. The location was also not in a great part of town. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had with Vrbo. The host did immediately refund us, but unfortunately there were no other Vrbo listings available on the site so we had to scramble and find a place late at night in a town we knew nothing about. "
