  • Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house is located in a quiet residential area on a plot of over 800 m2 and is equipped with every comfort. There are 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning, and 2 bathrooms. The property is available for up to 6 people.



    From Busot, you can reach the beach of El Campello in 10 minutes, which also has a pleasant boulevard. The center of Alicante is 20 minutes away, and the airport can be reached in 25 minutes by car.



    Casa La Buena Vida is located in the Pisnella urbanization, one of the neighborhoods of the village of Busot. This detached villa offers a private swimming pool, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a wood-burning stove, and a semi-open kitchen. The well-equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine with coffee beans, and high-speed WiFi suitable for video calls keeps you connected throughout your stay. Additional amenities include a washing machine, television, fans, and beach towels for pool days.



    The villa is situated on 807 m2 of private land. A private driveway provides parking for several cars, with space for two under the carport. The swimming pool is located at the front of the house and is accessible from all sides, with an outdoor shower nearby. Enjoy both a covered and uncovered terrace, a private garden with mountain views, and toys and books for children. Parking is available for up to 3 cars on-site.



    The beach is 8 km from the villa and features a boulevard with many restaurants, supermarkets, and various shops. In El Campello, there is a market twice a week (Wednesday and Sunday). The 18-hole golf course of Club Bonalba is just 8 km (about a 10-minute drive) from the villa.
