A rustic 1 bedroom cabin with a beautiful lake view. An all season porch, 1 full bath, laundry facilities, small kitchenette, 2 lofts, and 2 sofa sleepers. Can sleep 6-8. Great for a relaxing weekend! A peaceful and private location. Walking trail and fire pit for a great outdoor experience. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, wildlife, fishing, swimming (in season), and other activities. An RV hookup is also available upon request.

Relaxing place to make memories

We loved our time at this lake cabin! We made lots of fun memories with our kids. We fished all day long and caught a couple bass! We hope to return later in the year so we can try swimming! It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time.

Best little treasure in Kansas

This is our 2nd stay at this beautiful location. It was perfect for our friends and family to enjoy our time together. We look forward to booking next year because it cannot be matched by any other place we have stayed.

Great place, little bit unclean

The place was great, it was really relaxing and pretty clean. The main problem was there was just a lot of dead flies. Other than that the place was amazing.

Peaceful Lake Stay

My husband and I loved our relaxing overnight here. The view is gorgeous. We were treated to a beautiful sunset and three bald eagles hunting at the lake!

A great place to unwind!

This was our second stay this year and we simply love it! The hosts are very responsive and make the check in and check out very simple. The cabin was very clean and ready for us to relax and enjoy all of the amenities it offers. This place has made our move so relaxing and our family is very thankful for the memories we made! This is a true gem!

Rustic Thanksgiving

We all drove over the river and through the woods to meet up at this rustic cabin. We took walks, did puzzles, played games and ate lots of food. Then we all, 8 of us! Found our way to a cozy sleep spot. We got beautiful sunset, and the first snow of the year. Great time was had by all.

A beautiful getaway!

The property is exceptional! It has everything that you need to have a great time, space, a gorgeous private lake, lots of fishing, beautiful sunsets! The cabin is equipped with everything you need and the views are incredible. We also went to Emporia to visit their zoo and had a great stay. The town of Allen had a farmers market and they brought local vendors, a food truck and the library had stuff for the kids. We had a great vacation with the family, felt comfortable, safe and made some lifetime memories!

Fall weekend stay

My partner and I did experience some good times on our stay! We both enjoyed the lake with amazing views, grilling, the fire pit, walks by the lake and fishing! Our dogs also enjoyed the beautiful outdoors as much as we did! The greatest downfall for us was the never before experienced amount of flies on the outside and inside of the cabin…they would come into the cabin by the thousands…flies and dead flies everywhere on everything in every room throughout the cabin…the cabin just wasn’t very clean.

Great cabin! Hidden gem! Gracious hosts!

This is our 3rd time staying at the Cabin! Very clean! All the amenities we needed were there! Dog friendly environment! Perfect for our family & friends to enjoy the lake! A great place to ride our Jet Skis! Shane & Morgan go above and beyond to help any way possible (we had van troubles prior to leaving) Shane & his son were so very helpful!! We will be back next year if not sooner!!

FABULOUS

This was our 3rd stay at this property. It was once again, everything we could ask for! Although we had some storms that rolled through Saturday evening, we still had a great time. We swam, kayaked, fished, had smores and hot dogs at the fire pit and more! Thanks once again for having us! We will see you next year!

Mysterious Fluids and Creepy Crawlies

We were really excited to stay after seeing the pictures and the host made check in and check out really simple. The view of the lake was beautiful and being away from city lights with stars visible was a blessing. The problem is the place was filthy, spider webs, spiders, mystery hairs all over furniture and bedding also had white sticky substance on it as well as spiders that came crawling out of it when we went to grab it. Loft areas had what looked like blood and other substances right near the bed and stains on the pillows after we took the pillow cases off when we left. Also, we were unable to lock the back door at night and the sofa bed was rigged with a rope making it unable to pull out. We were not expecting the Ritz or anything but cleanliness was beyond sub par. My kids were begging me to let them sleep in the car instead.

Cozy cabin on private lake. The weather was overcast and cloudy so we didn't sit outside as much as I would have liked. The cabin was a little dirty on the ceiling and light fixtures, but I know it is hard to keep it clean with the remote location. It worked great for us!
