Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Owner cancelled the day of the reservation.

Do NOT book with this person. They literally cancelled our reservation the day it was supposed to start. I sent a message to the owner asking what the code was to get in the door and without saying a word to me they cancelled the reservation. We were staying there for 2 nights and we were forced to find other accommodations last minute which ended up being a huge pain because you can’t book same day through VRBO. So instead of a 2 bedroom house we had to all 4 sleep in one hotel room. DO NOT RENT from them!!!
