Relaxing break
First time to stay in the hotel and very impressed. Room excellent and appreciated the comfy chairs. Enjoyed our evening meal and the excellent breakfast. Hope to be back

Excellent stay!
Excellent couple of days away. Staff are amazing, so friendly and professional plus nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and clean with everything you could need plus the view is fab. We ate in the hotel both days and the food was delicious and breakfast had lots of choice.

A lovely couple of nights stop over. Great access to get to Giants Causeway, friendly staff (especially breakfast) and the best breakfast. Room was a bit too warm and could have done with a couple more sockets to plug camera chargers in (3 pin plugs, did have USB points).

Be careful booking this hotel and read carefully. NON REFUNDABLE charge of the entire booking, including taxes and fees. Our plans changed so we lost the entire 420$ plus be prepared for the hotel to bombard you with emails about how if you don’t reserve for meals they can’t promise they will be able to accommodate you. I bet that is non refundable also. And be aware to travel to Northern Ireland in a rental car there are additional fees also.

Hi Heidi Thank you for reviewing our Hotel. I am slightly confused by your comments as I cannot locate a booking made by Heidi via Hotels.com? Did you make contact with the Hotel to cancel your reservation? Under certain circumstances, we can waive the fee and offer a full refund provided that the cancellation request was received at least 48 hours in advance of arrival. Apolioges for the "bombardment" emails - we do like to keep in contact with our guests prior to and after arrival at the Hotel, I am sorry that this offended you.

Beautiful view to wake up to
We had a wonderful stay. The room was very comfortable, the mattress topper was so comfy! The breakfast was delicious - self service for cereal, fresh juice and croissants and table service for your choice of breakfast from the menu. Can't wait to stay again.
