House of Mosaic is a one of a kind hotel.On our arrival at the front door, we were warmly greeted by Fernando, who is the owner of the property. He showed us to our room which happened to be the honeymoon suite.
He gave us a tour of the room and explained how everything worked and answered all questions we had. Showed us where extra supplies were kept in case we needed them.
He even offered us the use of two beach chairs for when we went to the beach.
He also had prepared a light meal for us consisting of local food and sat with us at the bar gave us tips on how to get around the island. He was very friendly and showed a great interest in our stories of where we live in Canada and how we moved there from our birthplace. He then gave us a tour of the house and the gardens ect.
He was genuinely pleased to welcome us as guests in his home, and we felt like we were staying with family and friends.
I would recommend House of Mosaic if you’re looking for something different from the regular hotels.

If you’re looking for great service especially if you pay extra for elite club do not expect it. Better off paying the lower fee to self serve. Other than the service everything was awesome. Great location friendly staff and clean.

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and spotless, serviced daily. Breakfast buffet was top notch. The pool area is amazing!!!!!
