This exclusive dwelling is located in a sunny, quiet but not secluded place and has a stunning countryside view. Its wide terraces and the wonderful swimming pool are the ideal spots to enjoy this lovely landscape. Its spacious exteriors and generously built interiors - that can comfortably accommodate up to 16 people - guarantee enough space for a large family or a group of friends. The interior decoration is a tasteful combination of antiques and contemporary pieces of furniture that have been chosen with great care. The eight bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are furnished in nice country house style and are equipped with air conditioning, minibar and LCD television. SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 30% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.

Should the client for any reason cancel the booking, the following cancellation charges will be applied (all cancellations must be confirmed in writing):
- 30% of the total rental if the cancellation is made 60 days or more prior arrival day.
- 70% of the total rental if it is made between 59 and 30 days prior arrival day.
- 100% of the total rental if it is made between 29 and the arrival day or in case of no-show.

Departure between 08:00 and 10:00
