Hotel room was alright, looks smaller than shown in pictures. Room was not as bright as shown too. Mirror in toilet is quite a distance away & may be a challenge to put on make up if you dont have your own mirror. Location is decent, noise in hotel is not affected by the busy food street and BIFF square nearby, quite peaceful. Bed quality was ok too. Nonetheless, a decent stay in Busan.

The property is conveniently located near BIFF Square, Gukje Market, Jagalchi Station and right above a CU store. The bus stop nearby has many buses to few attraction places. A little minor feedback on the room flooring, 1 was with carpet and 1 with tiles.

Pros: -The room was very spacious and overall is acceptable -Street food and restaurants easily be found near the hotel area Cons: -Not 100% clean but acceptable only thing that I can't accept is stained bedsheets and towels -suggest bringing your towel instead of using hotel towels -not near the train station

First of all, we would recommend this hotel as it is within walking distance to many famous places. Our favorite points of the hotel were: 1. staffers were available in both English speaker and Japanese speaker, and everything from check-in to check-out went very smoothly; 2. our room was very clean; and 3. the toilet seat was warm, which was nice in the winter. Above all, the bed bugs, which we were worried about after seeing the news, were well taken care of.

The hotel is situated near many bbq shops and it gets very noisy at night. Make worse when the room is hot and stuffy and we were told to open the windĥow slightly to allow cold air to enter the room. Another con is the glass to toilet and bathroom is translucent. So whenever light is turned on at night, it will affect the other person sleeping as the light will brighten the entire room. Other than above 2 cons, the room is spacious, clean and the water pressure for the shower is good !

The service was slightly disappointing. The Wi-Fi couldn’t work for days, kept on shifting in and out in and out. And when I asked if there’s a computer to be borrowed for some little urgent work, they said they did not have that to offer. And when I bought some fruits, asked them for a little knife, they said they cannot offer cause it’s dangerous. Then I said, okay dangerous, then can you cut it for me ? They said they cannot do that. ahhhhuhhhhh. Overall it’s clean but slightly old hotel, with convenient location. it’s okay for a 3-star I would say.

Room was nice and clean . Bathroom was big and very clean. Hotel is well located , very close to the bus stop . Biff zone , Gukje market , jagalchi market are within walking distance . Lots of eating places around. Checkin and checkout was quick . Staff is very helpful . Had a pleasant stay in Busan

Room with unexpectedly luxurious bathroom
The hotel room truly surpassed our expectations! It was very clean and the bathroom was a 4 star hotel’s standard in its sumptuousness. Beds were comfy and we all slept very well each night we were there. The rooftop view is excellent and the little bar there has reopened. Food options were somewhat limited and the live performance we watched one night was unexpected but lovely; consisted mainly of a young man with a violin. Location is good and is an easy 5-10 min walk to shopping and public transportation.A slight drawback is that it’s on a slightly dirty street (by Korean standard). We were also taken aback with the lack of an actual storage room for luggage and had to leave our luggage at an allocated space very near the main entrance as we arrived before check in time. Seemed a bit unsafe but it’s korea after all and nothing was missing in the end. Hotel staff were helpful and polite. All in all, great value for money and I would recommend it especially to those that like shopping when on holidays!

The room was clean and updated. I love the location since it was walking distance to several well known market areas and very close to the subway station. One thing I would say is that the subway is not a good transportation to go the hotel from the airport. Take the taxi.

Small boutique hotel. Not so much view and somewhat noisy from all the restaurants nearby but it also means there are lots of places to enjoy near the hotel.

The bathroom was always flooding during shower. Just a lot of uncleaned areas. But other than that. I recommend this hotel. Location is key. Staff is polite and always around.

Room was spacious with a lovely bath tub. Water tends to overflow from shower compartment though, need to angle the shower head appropriately. Location was very convenient – walking distance to Jagalchi Market; BIFF, subway station and bus to Gamcheon Village. Enjoyed the stay.

Great location and good size of room. We had a triple and we didn't feel cramped. Had all the toilette amenities, even toothbrush and toothpaste. (But no body lotion) The in- room coffee was not really coffee though. All in all we loved our stay.

Great location in near a ton of street food and nightlife. It’s a 3 min walk from a subway station, which makes getting around Busan easy. The bed is very firm. That is my only complaint

The staff were helpful and friendly and the location was excellent. We were so close to amazing street food and hundreds of restaurants, a 5 minute walk to Gukje market. We could see the ocean and port from our room. The kids loved the free Netflix and YouTube during downtime. We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back one day.

The hotel is located in the old part of Busan, minutes away from Jagalchi Market. It is convenient, but definitely not for families. The area where the hotel is has a bunch of bars, and it also has massage parlors for men.

Hotel is located in a convenient area -- only a few minutes' walk to the most famous markets in town, including Jagalchi Fish Market, and a three-minute walk to the nearest subway station on Line 1. Service was great, and amenities were good. But the building definitely shows its age and felt dated. The rooms were cleaned well enough, but there were definitely signs of the room's age (e.g. mold in the bathroom). The "city view" that I decided to spend extra on wasn't that impressive. All in all, it was perfectly fine, but not sure if I felt that the hotel or my room reflected the cost or the star rating.

Excellent location to transport and street shops and restaurants. Booked two rooms. One was excellent but the second had smell of cigarette smoke and the AC was finicky. The staff were excellent. Would stay again.

It's very close to Jagalchi Market and the subway. It is also close to Nampo-dong. There's tons of eating options and the area is lively. Not walking distance to Songdo beach but close enough to take a short taxi ride.

Great location for an affordable price! Just 5 mins away from Jagalchi metro station. BIFF and markets are just 5-10 mins away. The only snag about this hotel is that there is no spoon/utensils provided in this hotel. Staff are nice and speaks reasonable good english.
