This hotel is amazing, the reception were all very nice and helpful, the room was absolutely amazing, and best of all the hotel's cat Toto was the sweetest!
The only downside I would say is the location, it is around 30 minutes on the bus to Busan station and around an hour bus ride to any tourist attractions.
Overall I really recommend it!
This is a Korean style hotel. It was nice, but everything, including the TV remote are in Korean. The other tourist hotels had signs and even the remote in Korean and English. It took a while to figure out that the air conditioning controls on the wall were not connected and you need to use the TV remote. There is no restaurant in the hotel. Near by restaurants are mediocre at best. The free breakfast was good. The rooms are very nice.
Initially we had booked the deluxe double. We were able to speak with the person at the front desk and we were able to upgrade to Suite Double and we were so happy. The room had a nice view and plenty of space. While we didn't use the extra room. I was able to have a last minute zoom meeting there. The amenities were fantastic. The toilet had a light and fancy features. We had a living room area. I really liked how the breakfast room had coffee available even after breakfast hours. The staff was really helpful since we don’t speak Korean. They were able to assist us with ordering food to the room. Overall, we were really comfortable and really enjoyed our stay.

great, would stay again
the hotel itself is a bit run down but the room was so spacious and the 2nd floor "dining room" and amenities was so clutch. The TV had a million channels, including some in english, so my senior parents were all very happy. Kids loved the bath tub and rooftop garden. I loved the big beds and super helpful front desk staff - everywhere else we stayed had "cloud reception" aka no live person which was fine, but the live people made a huge difference in terms of helpfullness and a more welcoming vibe. My kids also loved the cat that went in and out of the lobby here and lucky for us no one had allergy issues. Location-wise there's a good amount around the hotel but nothing immediately nearby which is fine for us because we enjoy walking and exploring.
This was a beautiful hotel and we loved our room, which was spacious and elegant and had floor-to-ceiling windows that overlooked the bay...and the shipyards. The area around the hotel is industrial, and there are no restaurants or shopping nearby. The attractions are far away, and we felt it was easiest to take a taxi rather than cumbersome public transit. All our taxi drivers struggled to find our hotel. A huge downside to the hotel is the lack of an onsite restaurant. We tried Door Dash, and it took over an hour and only one meal was delivered though we ordered two. Last, the hotel's breakfast buffet is terrible. There was nothing but pastries and machine coffee. Nothing healthy---no protein or fiber choices, no fruit, We went to a little grocery store and picked up a few things to tide us over until we could taxi out of the area. Although we liked the hotel, we wouldn't stay again just because of the location and lack of amenities.

Hotel looked nice and tidy as well as the room was very spacious and fancy. However the overall cleanliness wasn’t that great. Shower handle and door were quite dirty, also the large window with the nice view was full of marks. The funniest one being adult size face and hands printed on the glass. We laughed so hard as it looked like something inappropriate might had happened earlier. :D Also there was the weirdest incident during our check-in when we arrived to the hotel late in the evening. There was this local young lady in the lobby who was exchanging looks with the lobbyist while trying hold her laughter. We were the only ones in the lobby and when we left to the elevators she burst in laughter. We don’t know what that was about but it seemed like they were laughing to us. :D
The location was a bit remote but easy to go around with the local bus. I would skip the breakfast and look for something in the center area. We enjoyed the stay nevertheless!

Front desk was very nice, and helpful. Getting around without speaking Korean was very easy. I would definitely come back to this hotel!
The breakfast has very limited hours and even more limited menu. The location is kind of OK if you have a car, otherwise is far from the metro. You do see the bridge, but also see ugly port installations

Hotel was very clean but 20 min. Drive from the major attractions
Overall we are happy with stay and the room is spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful except for a lady at the reception who has no level of customer service.

Breakfast terrible. A long way som the city center.
