"Nice place but confusing. Numerous hotels in one building. Some might like not having people to deal with but I am not one of those people. Everything is through the email and that can be bad. I got my check out email late so I didn’t see the instructions until it was too late. Someone I was with didn’t get her check in instructions until an hour after check in time and we had to call and jump through hoops just to get it. Nice clean place but I’d never stay here again. "

"This was not a hotel, it was more like an apartment, however there were no utensils, no plates etc, no cooking equipment despite having a kitchen. The towels for the shower were extremely small, the bathroom was very small, the room was very hot and could not control the floor heating, the tv didn’t work, we needed to put used towels on the floor outside the door then ask for more, we needed to manage our own rubbish instead of having the room serviced.
