The property and hotel amenities are nice. The hotel is close to Vanderbilt and walkable to lots of restaurants. However, the valet was understaff and took 30+ minutes to get cars throughout the weekend. The hotel staff kept saying it’s a separate company and took no responsibility for the valet being slow and understaffed but it is affecting people who choose to stay with Kimpton and Kimpton contracted with the valet service.

"The room smelled bad the furniture is old and dirty the bed was to hard the only thing looked good was the TV. Carpet smells horrible and it's to expensive for the quality of the experience.The chair in my room was so dirty I didn't want to sit in it."
