"Honestly I’ve been looking for a hotel for weeks as I planned my trip. I am a big reviewer , and honestly based on other hotels this one stood out. So happy I stayed here , room was clean bed was comfy. The staff member was amazing I arrived at 8ish no problem. Definitely staying here again when I visit."

"A/C is not able to be controlled in room. It says “Unit Controlled By Wall Thermostat” but there was no wall thermostat. All the rooms are this way. So, the Mgr’s solution of changing rooms doesn’t solve this problem. The place just opened so he may not understand he has this problem yet. Our room showed 78F and 80F when we woke up first morning. We prepaid 2 nights but would not stay the second night because of this. It’s brand new so looks pretty clean, but we had a used Q-Tip in the floor of our bathroom and a coffee stain on a counter top. A/C is why we left. Mgr. would not refund our unused second night. I think langu@ge might have been a barrier to resolving it but he wouldn’t budge. Will contest credit card charge. Hundreds of hotels and this is only my first. Restive review. Good luck!"

"The beds were comfortable. Everything worked. The only problem was the toilet seat was loose. Location was good for what we were in town for."

"Before I begin, I’d like to say the hotel staff was AMAZING. They were incredibly helpful and did everything they could to assist us during our stay. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel itself did not match the level of service. The property is in serious need of a remodel—or at the very least, a fresh coat of paint. There were paint chips everywhere, which made the space feel poorly maintained. Our room was extremely humid, and the air conditioning did not seem to be working properly. Cleanliness was also a concern. The floors clearly had not been vacuumed—we found Chex Mix and other food items on the floor, and overall, the floors were quite dirty. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean, which we appreciated. However, the pull-out couch was very uncomfortable, with a thin mattress that made it difficult to sleep. Due to the overall condition of the hotel, we will not be staying here again."

"The room was clean and everything worked. However, there was a shortage of towels and they lacked shampoos, soaps, kitchen utensils and a hairdryer. Some of these items were provided after having to request them. Plenty of parking on site."
