Internet and breakfast sucks.
The staff are kind and bed was comfortable and clean, but breakfast was mediocre, and the internet speed was in the stoneage. It is disgrateful for a four-star hotel to have that kind of internet service.

Decent and good bang for your buck
Hotel is well located. Spa facilities are good. Breakfast is above average. Whish the coffee was better. What I dislike is reception bureaucracy which refers you to seperate departments instead of managing your query. They eventually do cater to your request

Overall thr hotel staff were friendly and helpful. My.internet did not work but the receptionist sorted the problem out. Only issue i has was the shower. Main shower was leaking and 2nd shower head was broken. Something for their staff to take a look at and repair as this isnt the standard for Ramada. Breakfast was great. Brilliant selection of food

Enjoyed our stay
Room was spacious, although bathroom is a bit small, and clean and COVID protocols for masks were enforced and well signed. There's a large, quiet patio which was nice to be able to sit outside. A small market across the street was convenient to buy drinks and snacks as needed. Breakfast buffet was good.

Küçük ama konforlu tertemiz bir otel👍 tüm çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Özellikle resepsiyonda Gamze hanıma ve gece duran ismini sormayı unuttuğum beye çok teşekkür ederim her sorumuzu nazikçe cevaplayıp çok yardımcı oldular. Odalar standart büyüklükte ve çok temiz. Kahvaltı çeşit az ama kaliteli ve lezzetli. Spa bölümü bir tık daha bakımlı olabilir otelin kendisine göre biraz eski kalmış konumu zaten çok merkezi kısaca çok memnun kaldım bir sonraki seyahatimde kesinlikle tercih ederim
