horrible dirty
Never have been in an hotel with so bad cleaning. The room was dirty and they left papers in the floor, really dirty, the bedsheets was in very poor condition and did not change, they do not clean the bathroom. The waiterrs did not speak a word of English and did not want to understand or help you, verybad actitude, very expensive hotel for this horrible service

Sabah kahvaltısı iyi, ancak öğlen ve akşam yemekleri biraz daha iyi olabilir (çeşit olarak yeterli, lezzet olarak geliştirilebilir).
Ötel onunde t bar ile kusaklikaya, maden ve tutyeline ulaşım rahat.
Odalar geniş ve temiz.

Restoranda garson sayısı yetersizdi, garsonlar hiç durmadan çalışıyordu ancak yine de yetişemiyorlardı. Yemeklerden hiç memnun kalmadık. Özellikle et yemeklerini hiç yiyemedik beğenmedik. Mezeler ve tatlılar fena değildi. Restoranda çay servisi yoktu. Kayak odasındaki personel oldukça iyiydi çok yardımcı oldular onlara çok teşekkür ederiz.

Başarılı bir işletme
Otel genel anlamda başarılıydı. Konumu kargaşadan uzak ve kendi pisti bulunmakta. Yemekleri de açık büfe konsept için oldukça güzeldi. Odalar ve otel genel anlamda çok temizdi. 2 oda 2 çift olarak yaptığımız rezervasyonumuza sorulmadan ayrı yatak verilmişti. Sonradan düzeltildi. Restaurantta bir kaç çalışan kaba ve bıkkın davranışlar sergiliyordu. Ya iş gücü arttırılmalı ya da çalışanlar iyi seçilmeli.
