Location is excellent. Top floor rooms with breakfast and pool access is the best value for money combination. Air conditioning works, some complained about its noise, it can be minimised by changing fan speed settings.

Sadly the standard of bedroom did not live up to the plush reception area, with a shower that leaked heavily flooding the bathroom, poor quality towels, basic beds and bedding, old war robes and simple furnishing. The food offered catered to the locals with overseas offered no alternatives unless a premium price was paid. The staff were on the whole excellent and tried very hard to assist but the core business of hosting weddings at the hotel seemed to take preference. The pool area was basic with food and drink expensive however my wife was struck on the shoulder by a very heavy pool umbrella caught in a sudden wind gust, no interest was paid to the injury but 3 members of staff battled to restore the umbrella upright and secure it. The in house internet was average if not weak and overall normal reception including for tv was not good. Mudanya is a very nice, vibrant and colourful seaside town and attracts many visitors, I feel this hotel could do considerably better.

Eşyalar eski, oda bomboş yankı yapıyor. Minibarda sadece su var. Televizyon bile boşluğa bakıyor. Korku filmi gibi bir ortam. Montania Town asla bir daha tercih etmeyeceğim bir yer.

الفندق متواضع مرافقه تحتاج إلى صيانة ، أو ربما يحتاج إلى تجديد بالكامل ، المرحاض في الغرفية 505 كان يتهزهز و كأنه سينقلب غلاية الماء في الغرفة بحاجة إلى مراقبة فهي لا تنطفئ تلقائياً و هذا قد يسبب حريق ، كنت أطفئها يدوياً عندما يغلي الماء . رغم كل ذالك فإن موقعه جيد لم أواجه أي صعوبة مع الموظفين في التعامل كانوا دائمي الترحيب .

Hotel konum itibariyle bölgenin en iyi oteli diyebilirim. Odalarda biraz bakım yapılmasınin fayda sağlayacağını düşünüyorum, açık büfe kahvaltısı gayet iyi, personeller güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Genel olarak güzel bir deneyim oldu teşekkür ederiz.

Montania Special Class Hotel'in karşısındaki ek bina. Kapıda resepsiyon yok, resepsiyon karşı binadaki Montania Special Class Hotel'de inanılmaz güvensiz hissettirdi bu durum elini kolunu sallayan içeri girebilir. Banyo tuvalet ve otel temizliği yüzeysel yapılmış. Yatakların arkası şifonyerlerin arkası toz içindeydi. Klozetin de altını doğru düzgün temizlememişlerdi. Oda da zeminde halı vs hiçbir sey yoktu çatı katındaydım ve çok ses geçiriyordu. Kapılar da Amerikan kapı çok rahat açılabilecek şekilde kart sistemi yok.

Aile odasında kaldık. Çevre gürültüsü pencerelerden çok geliyor. Yalıtım kötü. Pencerelerde sineklik yok çocuklar hasta olmasın diye klima açamadık ama pencereleri de açamadık sıcaktan bunaldık. Kahvaltı iyiydi deniz kenarında yaptık. Merkezi yerdeydi heryere yakındı.

Otel karşılıklı iki ayrı bina. İki ayrı otel olduğu iddiasındalar ancak tek işletme. Deniz kenarı zannederek aldık. Bu yanıltıcı bir durum. İç tarafdaki oteli almışız. Çok yıpranmış ve eskiydi. Mobilyalar çok yıpranmıştı. Çarşaflar çok temizdi ama yataklar konforsuzdu

Ich war in einem Nebengebäude untergebracht. Im Dachgeschoss. Die Zimmertür war erschreckend schlecht, diese kann nicht abgeschlossen werden. Bett war OK, Klima war ein Standgerät im Zimmer, ziemlich laut. Toilette klein aber sauber.
